Mom asked me to "go fetch your brother" in the 'Capital Theater'. This was the exact 🎼video playing on▪︎ screen.

I purchased Dick Clark's 20 YEARS of ROCK 'N' ROLL in 1972, which included 'The Peppermint Twist'. It was a two record set, which I still have.

One of the greatest love songs. I was a teenager then cars and all. Had a Ford retractable top that took 35 little motors that operated it. A woman slammed into the back where they were. That was it for that car
I was still 14 when that song came out. Those were the days.

This was an awesome video. I first heard this song 5 or so years ago on some radio app that let you listen to songs from any country you want, any decade. It was amazing, but this song was always my favorite and Nino Ferrer’s other stuff is great too.
