I didn't have to 'relive' the trauma...i had to acknowledge, accept, forgive and allow myself to let go of the negative thoughts and feelings towards those people and the attachments to the situations and experiences. I think telling people to 'relive' the trauma' prevents a lot of people from starting their healing journeys ❤

Just had this come up on my feed. I want to share any form of aggression or anger is all denial of underlying negative emotions, and this becomes addictive because it essentially keeps your mind in control, but it ends up numbing your emotional center aka soul since what is happening is you're cutting yourself off from your feelings. Eventually people become numb and even addictions don't help. The best thing I've learnt is to constantly make the choice to feel feelings, like guilt, shame, embarricement, fear, and it's extremely difficult if you've been raised to suppress feelings of e.g. grief by parents who say "don't cry" or school friends who call you a crybaby. But who designed us this way? And was the one who designed us perfect? So if the answer to those questions are yes, then doesn't that mean being able to be emotional is in harmony with being perfect?

So, he was sent undercover to collect all Former Yugoslavian secrets. Weapons that Yugoslavia possessed and all underground bunkers and secret weapons factories and their locations. As well as the info that Yugoslavia had on other countries especially Rusia, middle East and Africa who they had very good relations with. Also, these were not AK-47, these were Yugoslavian Yugo M70, M70A, M70A1, M70B1 and M70B2s made by Zastava the Yugoslavia now Serbia.

Carry the world with you. Climb FOR those who can't, won't or are not yet, and you will be carried, guided, seen, and inspired, but never lonely. ❤ Step by step you will become whole and then you are unstoppable. Healing inside while listening outside. For me this was The Game Changer; the alchemical works We are encouraged to "forget" for good reason. We are ONLY powerful when sincere and that means open. To All.❤

Easy to spout that stuff when all you ever did was kill untrained peasants in Afghanistan or Iraq. Ask him about "hand grenades behind curtains" next and see what he has to say about that.

❤ first of all you are an amazing interviewer. excellent questions and you actually listen to the answers, even when they are quiet long, without interrupting. I have been listening to this rabbi for many years and try not to miss any of his lectures and still this is one of the most mind-blowing lectures. I hope you have him on again to talk about Jewish ethics in war❤

Well said but this is about discipline! Make sure to enjoy your life and don’t be so disciplined that you hate life. Never make your bed. If you did this daily and it takes 5 mins then you’ve wasted 6 months off your life. This may not seem like much but it will at the end of your life. A bed is used daily so no need to make it. Under this theory you would clean the toilet, sinks, towels and even wash your entire car daily which would not be practical. It’s insanity when you really think about it

I think that being alone is trusting you self believes in yours self and don't be afraid, be always around people and always have someone with you for me is afraid to be along and don't be able to trust in yourself, I came along to this world and I go along, everyone go along, you family don't go with you the day you die, your friends don't go with you, nether you girlfriend or your wife only you and only you, People are afraid of being alone
