Well said Liam,I enjoy the 4 ounce/3 round spectacle... but it does take some of the proper Muay Thai contest away.. I miss watching fighters figure each other out round 1....the technical exchange of the bout over 5 rounds... 4 ounce seems more explosive at times.. but I prefer 5 rounds from a spectator point of view tbh I said years ago Liam is a fantastic ambassador for the sport, and I'm glad that opinion hasn't changed by the end of his career. Top bloke. Humble. Tough as a coffin nail, and had a great career. 👍

@@Dawuudyodad no bro I’ve followed mb for years and have listened to all of there videos and recently now they have started the interviews. I said personally I prefer the shorter clips with the music. Now mb are one of the best editing teams I have ever listened to and when they combine their taste in music with the specific parts of the interview it makes for very special viewing hence why I have followed them for so long. Yeah you may not like that most people in this age have a preference for 30sec clips on tik tok or whatever but this shows your narrow mind set my friend as I do not have tik tok and if I’m not mistaken the mb edits are much longer than 30secs and have much more meaning. But I appreciate your concern for my wellbeing but please look after your own mind ❤️

Good evening Mulligan Brothers and Liam I'm not quitting as yet. However after over two decades of mental health nursing and lots of battling with our nursing politic. I know I will never win. Comfortable being uncomfortable these days, took some time. But after half a feckin century of life and half of that being uncomfortable and loosing within the politic of my profession. Think I can conclude that I'm used too losing to feel like I'm winning. Strange but true! What I mean is would love the opportunity to experience winning by actually applying my learned knowledge, skill, experience, wisdom and wit to actually help people to help, understand and better themselves. Long story short. Nursing way too medicalised these days and deeply embedded in big pharma, business. Simply impossible to care, to win. If by chance you require a Mental health lead to both join your gym culture and work alongside individuals who are part of said culture. Just wish to say I loved all you represent and will endeavour to learn more. I am currently seeking to hang up my nurses uniform and step into the uncomfortable unknown, something new, more practical and meaningful. Again story short. Truly grateful for this shared conversation today. Thank you. 💜
