I'm in love with this helicopter, but I'm scared of the quality of KittyHawk, I just finished in AH-6J Little Bird and it was not a good experience.

Hello Mate. This kit was decent but yes with some minor fit issues. I dont know of any brand with this model tho. Do give me a heads up if there is another brand mate. Cheers.

Hello, what brand do you use for the finishing varnish ? Is it a flat varnish ? Thanks.
@IvanTheTerrible91119 күн бұрын
Its Satin varnish from Gunze / Mr. Color
@Frank-Penderyn19 күн бұрын
@@IvanTheTerrible911Ah ok ! For the finish, I use the topcoat matt varnish from mr hobby (b503), it has an interesting satin finish. Otherwise, nice diorama !

15:00 He started to say tissue paper then said toilet paper. It is TISSUE paper you want, as in the boxes of tissues that you blow your nose with. Toilet paper is designed to fall apart immediately once it gets wet. I love that more and more modelers are taking on these older kits and making diamonds from them. The rivet counting disease and having to have the very latest, most accurate kits for every single build can really take the fun out of the hobby.

Sorry about the confusion with the Tissue and Toilet Paper. Glad that you like the old kits and the financially taxing aftermarkets and latest kits. Great day to you my friend.

While the grenadier looks dramatic holding his rifle with one hand while throwing the grenade with the other, as a former U.S.Army infantryman, I can assure you that he need the hand holding the rifle to pull the pin out of the grenade. It's a two handed operation.

Mini Model is an early product of Trumpeter, so the quality of the parts is very poor and the price is cheap.

This came out great. If you had not said it was done on a “budget” I would have never thought that. I know you do very nice work, only thing I would do is burn the string tow cables.. lol. That’s the first thing I do if the kit comes with string for towing.. I just find an old usb cable or 18g fine speaker wire and make my own. I am not knocking you,it was the only thing that I said…ehhh “he know better than that”. All in fun! Again great job,it felt very real…could never imagine having to make a decision that the end result is death..having the chance to run and be alive… many are critical of the movie..but the idea of a solider following his orders as instructed… knowing that they are the only tank team that can hold the Germans back long enough so reinforcements can arrive, hearing the captain telling war daddy there are 2000 cooks and mechanics back there..and they would definitely be slaughtered…I know the movie was fiction..but I know that the decision war daddy made was done and is still being done..soldiers putting others lives ahead of there owne…is bravery…and today we see the “Medal of honor “ awarded to soldiers that go above and beyond..and the story’s that remain are painful to try and feel what he went through….thank you all.. you are never forgotten..

I dont know if youre into american west history but id love to see you do some builds on that time period. Maybe some pioneers, a wagon train, stage coach robbery, indian wars/battles. Woukd be amazing!

I can't believe Boeing didn't stagger the waist gunner positions until the G model Flying Fortress. Had to have been awkward to be on top of the other gunner.
@IvanTheTerrible9116 ай бұрын
Hi Mate. Yes both gunners had to bump and squeeze with each other during action. Often they'd slam their bodies against each other. Yes until the G version came.
