Oh nice, someone was a Kerrang fan back in the day! I never cared for it, it was all my mom's area, but I never turn down a VHS recording!!!

Toy Story 4 had beautiful animation, but it was a massive let down. I loved it when it released in 2019 but my opinion has since changed. Is it bad? I don’t think it is, but it can’t hold a candle to the original trilogy. Also, it made me cry in the cinema so it instantly gets points redacted for that lmao My favourite will always be the original. While the animation hasn’t aged the best, it’s a technical marvel and a genuinely great film. Whenever i rewatch it, it makes me feel like a little kid for an hour - and that’s all i need in life sometimes.

Yeah, my friends are about the same. A lot of them genuinely enjoyed Toy Story 4, but even the biggest fan over it says it's still not as good as the first three. I think his favourite is also the original, and even as a lover of Toy Story 2, I totally get why someone would still love the first one. It's insanely quotable and endlessly rewatchable! Actually, I was talking to one of them a couple days back about it. He rewatched it for probably the first time since it came out, and according to him, it hasn't held up. His view is that it's not an awful movie but it's just not good because of serious writing issues...

I also noticed that Brum also got a biggest party video in the exact same year just 13 days after this release The episodes are out of order but it's not as bad for that show since theirs barly any continuity in the show at all and it's just season 2 Welp no season 1 😂

Bloody hell, that would put me off having a Laserdisc collection (well I don't have the space or a player anyway), unless by sheer luck I'd find a place that sells them in person. That's not to say I've never had issues purchasing optical media or videotapes over the internet but I've never had one arrive cracked or broken due to the postal service. In hindsight the packaging of Laserdisc is both it's blessing but also it's detriment.

It depends really. Most of the discs I've received have been packaged well. Almost 50 releases and Speed is the only one that arrived completely broken, which is surprising, because the discs themselves seem quite sturdy, much more than the cardboard caddies the discs come in...

If I was a kid in the 1990s my favourite channel would of been CBBC This is why it has absolutely the best content for children's TV Brum Postman Pat Fireman Sam Pingu Noddy Etc Then their was CBBC on nick which I learnt about so nickelodeon and BBC shows on 1 block sign me up Though glad I was still raised on CBBC though the 2008 when I was 3

I think they also use the 2003 remasters which was used in the later 2012 DVD Releases I only have A Close Shave which uses the 2003 Masters of the episodes

I loved boomerang as a kid Heck I stayed up at 11pm to watch garfield and lazy town don't ask how I was allowed at the time in 2015 I was very lucky 😅

If I have to say that I still Pefer the march 2000 version of the workprint for the movie the final version was better

What was different about that version compared to the leaked workprint? I assume it was closer to the final product...

@@Gondarth yup I'm still pretty sure it was the march 2000 version they shown of to the test audiences compared to the 1999 version. Though I don't think the music from the chase was from the original since it used some tracks from toy story and Stuart little mostly the boat race And for the toy story part during the end it just reminds me of that film series Hence why I thought at first it was edited in manually but who knows

I never had problems with cheap composite USB capture cards I mostly used a scart to composite for my VCR and dvd player I was gonna get Retron3HD to do a recap on my retro game collection

I never knew Bob the builder aired on Nick JR I know that Noddy, Fireman sam, and postman Pat aired on cbbc on Nick, which could mean Teletubbies & brum might have been on their but i could be wrong
