Great looking house and property! What did he use for the window tint? We've seen the "one way glass" that works in the daylight, but it doesn't work at night.

OUTSTANDING VIDEO!!!!
@markkeddis27094 күн бұрын
Thanks for this video. I watched your mini split cleaning video years back, which was great, and was happy to see this video as I had been recently wondering if Mitsubishi had a wifi adapter like other brands. Are you aware of where i can get the WF-1 adapter? I found the updated WF-2 adapter, but per the compatibility chart for the WF-2 adapter, my unit (MSZ-A series) is listed as not compatible. I’m assuming the WF-1 adapter is my only option here, right?

So I have a question if my LED lights are way too long can I cut half of it or would it damage it 🤔
@MyPIDream3 күн бұрын
If you ordered per your model it should be the correct length. I assume the lights you purchased are not for that specific model but most light strips have a cutting mark for custom fitting.

Awesome job, I don’t believe project like this can’t be done by one person. Kudos to you if you do. I was scared for you when step on top of roof. Can’t wait for the wiring video
@MyPIDream3 күн бұрын
I had help lifting the beams up on the second floor but all the other posts and rafters I was able to move up there by myself with a ladder on the lower roof awning. Other than that I did all this project by myself.

Does this speed in Sigaboy work because our signal poor PLDT IS POOR SIGNAL
@MyPIDream9 күн бұрын
The speed will be the same no matter where you live as long as you have an unobstructed view of the northern sky here in the Philippines. You should be able to achieve around 180Mbps or better unless the weather is bad (rain clouds).

Hello James, you excel at carpentry. Question where and how do you get your Simpson Hardware. Also if you can list the products used to preserve wood from termites and weather I would appreciate it. Our Vacation home is in North Luzon, Pangasinan and typically I stay away from wood but the boss, aka wife wants a Cabana and wants to add Filipino authenticity to the look. Thanks, Salamat

All the Simpson StrongTie hardware I used was purchased on Amazon.com. The Solignum All Around Clear for termites on Lazada.

Beautifully done James..... You know, I was starting to have second thoughts about where we bought land because I wont have an ocean view.. But the view from your newly upgraded sitting area is actually more beautiful and tropical looking that an ocean view. All we will need to do is grow the trees and landscaping and be patient while it grows tall enough to block out the view of the lots behind us. I love it...
