I just bought some, loaded them to the max, did the drop test on them on a rug, not one round was ejected. Did the same with Pmag gen 2, one round ejected each time. I dropped each mag three times.

Very disappointed with Amend2 10 round mags. They don't work well in my AR556, FTL 9n the second to last round in both mags. Then they don't block the BCG after last round is fired.😢

Is it accurate for a budget gun ? And how does it compare to other budget AR,s ? This will be my first Ar and a keeper for life so I have to be picky. And I don't know which gets the best accuracy or anything

My ATI Milsport 55.6 came with the Amend2 30 round mag. So far it fits and drops like the rest of my mags! I tried looking for extras to buy, but i couldnt find any. Even on ATIs website they dont have any for sale. Strange. Anyways, thanks for the video!

Here's the skinny on the pricing. Wholesale Am2 is currently .17 cheaper than Pmag M2 non windowed. Suggested MSRP is $1.04 higher for Am2, ie. for Dealers there is more profit potential in Am2, assuming all things equal. I am not saying that they are, that's the pricing structure. Pmag is mil spec. and battle proven vs. AM2 New and exciting, something different. My .02 proven beats the hell out of speculation. We ran aluminum mags for 40 years, not because poly wasn't available, but because they all fell short. Pmags were the first to really change that (in ar mags). Magpul has continued improving and innovating the product line while maintaining good cost to value in the market space. In the gun business, companies that do that for you, find their product on sale and buy twice as much as you want, sell the extra to your friends, and push on down the road. Lastly most aluminum mags are exactly the same, there is a reason for that also.

The only issue I've ever had with any AR magazines have been with Amend2...they feed great but they fit tight in my mag well ( I have 4 AR'S and this is universal to all 4) and don't drop free when released...my Pmag, Hex Mag and Lancer magazines all drop free smooth as butter...not necessarily a deal breaker but something to consider

I have the SC, and I really like it. I don't carry it much just because it is hard to conceal. The trigger is great. I got mine from Academy, and it came with fiber optic in the front. I installed a Riton MPRD2, and it works great, and no spacer is needed.

The Canik TP9 Elite SC is truly an extraordinary performance concealed carry handgun. In fact, overall, Canik makes superior handguns; try the newly released METE SF, or the METE SFT PRO, and don't ignore the SFx Rival, those three models are outssstanding!!!

Thanks for the video. I have canik rival thinking to carry.. Not sure what I was thinking. I'm a smaller guy and I guess it was short man's ego. Lol. Quickly found out it is not ideal for me. But the gun shoots very well. I'm not a good shooter per say. I don't have enough funds to go shooting every week or two. Given that, at my first range trip, I was able to hit about about 8 or rds out of 15 rds at 30 yards ( well 29 yards, I want to call it 30 haha) on a steel target of 12 x 18 inches. If you are still thinking about it, I would say get it. So far I put around 700 ish rds through it and zero issues. I do clean every range trip, which is about between 100 to 150 rounds each trip.

Right now I’m using an Alchemy Holster it’s a simple iwb. I also use an alien gear Cloak shift I think it’s called with the paddle attachment for owb. And yea I carry both concealed and open. Concealed more than anything but for being in my truck or going somewhere where I have a jacket or over shirt on I chose the owb. Biggest thing is to train how you carry

DON'T BUY i have two of them i bought to try and brand new you can load them up, leave them for a bit and the feed lips separate. then they are stiffer going in the mag well. The two i have will unload themselves just sitting on a shelf or in my go bag. if you leave them loaded for 30 minutes. I did contact amend 2 and they'll warranty replace them but i have to pay for shipping to return them.. the shipping is almost as high as the mags themselves so it would be like buying two more if i paid to ship them back.. I need to post a video of the two i have so others can see how horrible they are. i have pmags and aluminum mags they hold up well, but i'm going to start running all aluminum mags, simply because they worked for the military for many many years with no problems. If the springs get weak you can take them apart and stretch the springs, put it back together and they are good as new. no problems with aluminum mags or pmags. I just prefer the aluminum mags these days. They have proven themselves for many years as the military standard. got a few used aluminum mags from a friend who brought them back from vietnam and they still work like new.

Great vid. Love the 1 year follow up from an actual EDC point of view. After much research, I picked up my Tungsten/Silver TP9 Elite SC roughly a month ago. As much as I liked the trigger out the box, a couple hundred rounds & allot of dry fire practice has really broke it in to be even better than before. I'm kinda surprised Canik has a somewhat "cult following" because everyone that has handled one loves it & for the price it simply cannot be beat (in my opinion). I've seen allot of people spend as much money on their trigger as this entire gun cost just to have it perform similar to what this gives bone stock. Proud new member of the Canik crew of happy customers. Thanks for the honest year of EDC review, not many reviews have that much everyday experience available on a single particular pistol. Once again great vid. P.S. I like the Hellcat Pro much better than the standard Hellcat but neither as much as my Canik.

So any foreign made rifles get x3 the price, the ak is in 7.62 is $700, but since the war started nothing is available except ar15 and they are ridiculously overpriced and going up by the week, as the demand is sky high.
