There‘s no lashing an aluminium misting upward against their will, and no withering by a shade either. Also, nicrosil could become busted in era 3 onwards, once you can get your hands on unkeyed nicrosilminds with other Invested abilities to be burned and absorbed by you.

I have a weird idea that Dalinar is going to combine honor and odium to make unity, kalidan will be the new king of urithiru, and cultivation or another shard/cosmere entity will be the big bad for arc 2

As for Kaladin taking up Honor... I think Brandon has been setting him up for another shard, probably 5 books down the road or so. I have been doing a reread and am convinced that if he were to take up a shard it would be Odium. If you wonder why, when Kaladin is described, passionate and angry by Shallan. Last weeks chapters Syl brings up the Passions and sends Wit into a rant where Kal says that they do not sound that bad. This weeks chapter Dalinar says: “Son,” Dalinar said softly. “I see your hatred still. Hopefully not for anyone specific-but for what has been done to you. In the last years, I’ve been forced to accept that the distinction between lighteyes and dark is one of pure social construction. Nobility is not of the blood, but of the heart. But it must go the other way too. You don’t like what we represent, but to continue feeling as you do… it will eat you from the inside.” And all of Kaladin's struggles led him to hatred. His actions are honorable, but he even has times that he despises that in WoR. While I know this is going to be a hated concept, I believe he would be the best to take up the shard in the end, because he would be one of the few who have gone through such intense emotions and possibly get it under control. Especially since I do believe it was stated that the shard of Odium has been the one doing the controlling.

My perspective is that this entire chapter represents what will happen, Dalinar wants Kal to be his heir and he is not wanting to take that mantle, on top of the fact that Kaladin has put down the spear and is starting to live for himself. At the end of this book we have plenty of options that could happen to Dalinar, for good or for ill, this will likely pull Kal back into the battle and he would have to lead Urithiru in battle. The Tower, become the leader of the radiants. The crown, as stated above, becomes the leader and takes Dalinar's position. The spear, Kaladin entering battle at this point, whether leading or fighting would be him taking up the spear instead of the scalpel. The figurative one for the mind.

I would really like to see the rest of the videos. It's just fun to learn about the different twinborn combos and think about how such characters may appear and interact with in the future of the cosmere

I think, that the pressure thingy Kaladin does ia done via manipulating gravity by pullin more air towards the subjects and not controll over pressure etc

I think it would certainly be odd if the Heralds were just gone for good given that the back half is supposed to be more herald centric. Though their return could coincide with the start of the back half. It should also be of note that it seems like the official “Stoneward” campaign follows the canon actions of at least three of the heralds. So we might not even know what this epigraph means until we get our hands on that

I feel like it should have been mentioned that Sentinel’s can likely pierce copper clouds as they’re able to store their seeking sense and tap a bunch at once for a stronger seeking. Makes this probably the best combo for A bronze. But I love twinborn and am psyched to hear someone is gonna be going into this much detail. Can’t wait to see the other videos

One thing, iron compounding means you can at the same time become super heavy AND pull metals towards you of crazy weights.

one thing to note, there is a WOB saying that duralumin could potentially give a boost to other magic systems, so maybe duralumin twinborn could get some use out of duralumin? my personal theory is that you would have to be a duralumin savant in order to boost other magic systems
