Filipino Chicken tinola is always the soup to go with papaya😋with some moringa leaves or bitter gourd leaves to level up the taste or nutrition, you can go solo with the above toppings with chicken and always 😋

I just cannot get the curry taste I had from small kid time, I tried 3 different one from the spice racks in stores, but nope ... Zippy's hamburger curry (the frozen one) had it good, but I tried em again couple weeks ago and seems like they changed the flavor, and also the size (!!!) too ... thanks I got try Badia too ... 💯🤙

Taegu or Daegu is pacific cod in Korean... but the Hawaiian version is made with cuttlefish or squid. Tastes exactly the same as the Korean version.

I have a question! Did you drain some or most of the liquid off at some point? I used coarse sea salt, sugar (I like sweet and sour), and some li hing powder. When I was young we used salt only and there was always a lot of liquid. But we only left for 10 months in the sun.

My family made similar in Hawaii when I was a kid, they'd send them to us over in Florida. I never did get the recipe. The ones we enjoyed were salty without the plum ingredient, not sweet. But mom always said they were made from sitting on the roof. They'd be very dark when ready to snack on. I still don't know what they're called.
