Sisters On Da Go! - Pork stuffed tofu

Christmas is great traditional or non-traditional! We love to switch up the dishes and just keep the staples. We grew up multicultural and it shows in our food. We are greatly influenced by Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese and Filipino styles. This year we’re switching it up with pork stuffed tofu. It’s simple yet so eye pleasing and to most impressive when you bring this to a gathering. Check out just how we made this and let us know how you like it, have a safe Christmas and enjoy!

Recipe:
1 block firm tofu
Filling:
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 medium onion diced
1/4 c green onion + garnish
2 TBS Oyster sauce
1 egg
1 Tbs sesame oil
Sauce:
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1/4 c water
1 tbs sugar
1tsp sesame oil
Thickener:
1/2 c water
2 tbs corn startch
