I find it funny that Chuck who despised his father for the things he did is also the same guy who ended up kill**g his father. In the end, Chuck became exactly like his father; kill**g people to have things his way.

I love Jack he cared for him at the end. Even tho ain't no proof Jack is or isn't chuck's dad I believe he is and if not he act more of a dad to him then Bart ever did Jack was both dad and uncle to chuck more then Bart ever was and to top it of Jack was more there for him had more interests into him and his friends and more of a bond with him then Bart so yes rather Jack is his dad or not he was way more then Bart ever was I just wished chuck would've had his happy ending of the real truth of who his actual real parents were besides just getting to marry Blair because he deserves that

Did anyone notice besides myself, the fact that not only did Lily's sister have a girl pose as her daughter so she can get access to the trust fund of her real daughter and start spending that money no one ever held either one accountable for that and Charlie was never given her actual inheritance? Unlike Bridgerton season 3 which didn't show Penelope and Colin first meeting but decided to tell us, Gossip Girl came up with this scene, in the line of clasic tv principle - show don't tell. Even though you can tell they aged compared to actual season 1, I very much appreciate the effort

Season 1 of this show is my favorite season of television ever, in large part due to the writing which, in conjunction with the casting, made it an absolute masterpiece. What I love about this scene is that, in addition to everything else, they make sure it's as tightly written as the scenes were in the beginning. Every line serves a purpose and indirectly tells you something about the characters. And no one says anything that would be more appropriately said by another character. And it's acted beautifully, as is everything in this show.

At first i didn’t like the character chuck in season 1 and 2 but as they developed the character over time they made him more mature and handsome, same idea with Blair her character was well developed through throughout the series they made them both exude solemnity and control through out the rest of the seasons they did a good job, also can I just ask how is marriage torture for both characters when they both want to be married? That doesn’t make any sense

So basically Dan knew everything before everyone and then had to pretend he didnt know and react to it lol

Ivy wasn’t punished enough. Taking an acting gig is one thing but turning on the family, acting entitled to their acceptance and love after she was outed, and taking Cece’s money with no remorse, kicking Lily out of her home, using stupid, self righteous Rufus to hurt his entire family... She definitely wasn’t punished enough.

Bart was an awful person, but if you think about it, Chuck was basically responsible for his death. But even if Chuck helped him up, Bart may have not made it up in time or if he did, Bart probably would’ve pushed Chuck off the building.
