Yeah, land that belongs to the Lakota tribe under the treaty, and even the Supreme Court, no friend of native Americans, ruled that it belongs to the Lakota. Hey if powerful you do not have to abide by your own laws Let any working-class white or minority including American indigenous people break any law and see how fast you go to prison. Today with interest the USA government owes the Lakota billions due to interest. Guess what they have not honored any commitment.
