Definitely not what I would have expected to find in West Virginia (no disrespect intended!) 😅 Might have to add it to the bucket list. Fantastic video, guys!

Yeah New River Gorge has a lot of unexpected and incredible adventures. We were really pleasantly surprised!

Discovered it a couple years ago. Friends live along the river.Not to be selfish but I was hoping that place would stay a secret.Absolutely beautiful there.

We who live here are intensely aware of the beauty of our home. And while we welcome everyone, we also jealously guard it. We want everyone to love it as much as we do.

I grew up in Somerset County PA, which is a little over a two-hour drive from there, but I have never been there. My niece attends WVU. It looks like a beautiful place!

Great video! Planning on going there this September! Where is that road in the opening of the video?
@MoreThanJustParks Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! The road is called Lower Fayetteville Road - right next to the Canyon Rim Visitor Center. For more info on it check out our article: morethanjustparks.com/things-to-do-new-river-gorge-national-park/

such a pretty place and I think we should all respect out parks in order to make it more beautiful. It's sad to some people would deface our precious National Parks. I think we should treat our Parks with Love and Respect.

Best National Park on the East Coast? Maybe after Acadia or the Everglades or Great Smokey Mtns? Not bad company.

I feel West Virginia has a special, almost sylvan energy that sets it apart.

It puts things into perspective. Lots of idiots run around and trash the place, so it's nice to see folks being respectful.
