My husband is working in Zain KSA, his manager created situation to leave since past 3 months. It's kind of forced resignation with threat of article 80 in case of termination. He served there for 17 years. We need to pay 500k dirhams in Dubai for a property, which was equal to end of service+2 salaries. Now they are not giving two notice period salaries. They want him to leave without notice period salary. They want him to resign where technically he is terminated. Contract termination procedure should be smooth but it is torturous specially for me when 4 kids in school, youngest child six years old. Not much cash in bank. My mind is drained the way every day he says I will sign resignation today and day pass again. They threatened to effect end of service in case of termination. May I know how to deal with this situation? His contract starts every 15 august, its automatically started. I want peace of mind.

Hi sir, I need your help! I was working under a company until June and after completing a year I resigned and got everything sorted. Meanwhile I got a new promising job in my cancellation tenure so I joined and also they haven’t yet processed my VISA aswell so I was on probation so this current workspace seems to be very unethical in lot many ways there salary comes very late and I realized this will be an issue forever so I resigned after a month to serve 1 month notice period. But since I have resigned they haven’t payed my last month salary which is for the month of July. But since I have done that they have put my salary on Hold and I am facing major trouble keeping my basic needs. They haven't yet payed for the month of July and I feel they might not pay me for the month of August aswell ( Notice period ) They are saying as per the contract you need to serve 2 months notice period and haven’t yet released my salary . Please tell me what to do 🙏🏻

Hello, I gave resignation within probation period my visa process also not yet completed it has done till medical. But company mentioned training cost 7000 AED if I resign within a year. Assalamualikum sir my owner has put a false absconding on me and i have applied for withdrawal. On 23 july they mailed me my termination letter and after 25 hour's and 14 minutes i replied them they have complained that i am missing from 7 days but i was told to be terminated on 16 july. My absconding date is 24 july 10:39 am and my withdrawal request is on 25 july 11:30 am. Sir i am having mail proof but after 25 hour's and whatsup related proof.
