My husband is working in Zain KSA, his manager created situation to leave since past 3 months. It's kind of forced resignation with threat of article 80 in case of termination. He served there for 17 years. We need to pay 500k dirhams in Dubai for a property, which was equal to end of service+2 salaries. Now they are not giving two notice period salaries. They want him to leave without notice period salary. They want him to resign where technically he is terminated. Contract termination procedure should be smooth but it is torturous specially for me when 4 kids in school, youngest child six years old. Not much cash in bank. My mind is drained the way every day he says I will sign resignation today and day pass again. They threatened to effect end of service in case of termination. May I know how to deal with this situation? His contract starts every 15 august, its automatically started. I want peace of mind.

Then you have to serve the notice as mentioned in the contract . If the company agree to to serve only one month . Then get something in writing

Hi, My wife is in a contract for 2 years with a school in Abu Dhabi but we want to leave in July in School holidays (we came last year in September), in the contract it says about absconding fines etc, we were thinking of telling them when we arrive in the Uk. So should she give her school a one month notice? To prevent absconding? Thanks

Sir, as per my labour contract (Mohre Contract), the notice period is 1 month. But the notice period as my appointment letter is 90 days which was given in October 2020. The company is asking me to serve 90 days notice. Please suggest the validity of the damand of the company. Which notice period shall prevail?

When do you consider END OF CONTRACT? Is it ID expiry date or Date of joining the company???

Hi Sir My company Terminated Me After Two years, and company giving us three months notice period in this period they told us if you want to work you can work if you don’t want its up to you, and they will pay us three months salary, but sir my Question is that they will give us our annual vacation money or no, because i have 53 days of annual vacation and 7 days of ph, so they will pay the annual vacancy money or only three months notice period company will pay. If you didn't sign for the Cancellation Paper, complain to Labour for Forgery. They couldn't cancel you without your signature.
