In the summer the waterfall kinda splits into two. I used to take my friends up there every weekend before I left Washington. My last girlfriend fell for me when we were inside that little cave-like thing at the bottom of the falls. There are awesome spots to jump from into that pool at the bottom also. Uo above the falls, as you’re climbing up the trail, there’s a place where you can leave the trail and find this crazy rock overhanging thing that has water pouring from what appears to be inside the rock. I assume there are fissures that the water flows through. Me and my son’s mother sorta rekindled our physical relationship in the moss and loam out there a couple years ago, with the water flowing and essentially raining out of the rock. Okay, it wasn’t “sorta”… it was more like “shit man, I hope we don’t get caught. But that’s not gonna stop us!” I also used to go by myself every week and would sit on a big rock in the river, at the base of the falls to meditate all day. That place friggen rules!
