After week 3 or 4, start looking at recruits with 0 or 1 offer. There are plenty of 4 star recruits you can start recruiting with zero competition, and not use many hours to gain influence. I even found a 5 star guy halfway through the season with zero offers, and I eventually landed him.

Not sure if they have updated the way the recruiting works but I have been down on Pipeline tier and leading on some guys. One guy is a no pipeline from across country and I am leading one of his instate schools and only spending 15 hours on him.

There are multiple benefits to all these trees but if you pick the right coordinators you don’t have to spend your points on certain ones yourself

In dynasty mode I almost never have access to any transfer portal even after more than 5 years with natty titles. I always use recruiting skill tree first

Why does she only have 4 basic abilities while some others have 8 and most have 6? Seems really inconsistent and not aligned with her difficulty Rating of 3/5 while Mantis with 7 Abilities (1 Passive) has a 1/5 difficulty rating.

What’s up with the secondary boosts? Spin? Juke? BC vision? How did this slip through the cracks? I am assuming it is either a visual bug or a bigger fuck up that never got patched.

You fail to mention to unlock Program Builder, you have to win 5 playoff games. With Elite Recruiter and the ability to have Elite Recruiter Coordinators, relationship builder isn't worth waiting on imo.

I had 14 players with interest 1st in my army dynasty, I signed 9 of them, 5 of them were 4 star linemen and had 1 5 star a couple were 3 star and 1 was a 2 star but was a 2 star cb with 97 speed, he is gonna be a wingback next season hell yeah lol.

How do you unlock the Elite Recruiter? I'm having trouble understanding the wording of it: Sign Two Top 5 Recruiting Classes Does it mean I have to try to sign - the top 5 players available on the National recruiting board? - Two 5 stars of the same position? - At least a total of four 5-star players combined, I manage to signed four 5-star recruits, but it didn't unlocked for me.

I just stumbled on this, man i appreciate this so much. The time you took to break it all down and give your thoughts on each tree was great. I will say i feel like after playing for 17 seasons at WVU, you might not need the lower half of recruiting. After the program you build up becomes a 5 star you should be able to get a top 10 recruing class after all you had to do a top 5 twice to unlock it. I just really appreciate the effort you put in this and really gave people a starting point.

my only rebuttal to this is when you're scheduling visits are you making sure you're not bringing in multiple players of the same positions in 1 visit. like are you bringing in 2+ QB's on the same week? are you bringing in players that will complement certain positions? like RB's & OL's? QB's & WR's? CB's & Safeties? that also needed to be considered.
