I haven’t given it much thought yet, but I’d probably go with S:P Little Knight or TY-PHON (though I don’t have those myself yet, unfortunately😉). Other good options could be Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend or any other solid generic Level 8 Synchro, which this deck can easily make!

i found very good ta synchro "Tenyi" and a very good synchro (lvl11 which you can still do with harmonizing + gate magician) "psychic end punisher". I dont have sp since is too much overpriced for me so i play a knightmare unicorn instead. Anyways after this banlist i think ZARC version is the best pend can play.I'm also trying to find a synergy with the dracoslayers

Yeah, it definitely feels like a wasted opportunity. Hopefully, we’ll see a better Xyz version of Z-ARC in the future! Something like what they did with TY-PHON, where you can use Z-ARC as the entire Xyz material, would be awesome. But they need to make it strong enough so it’s actually worth summoning :)

@@duelsanctuary It would be awesome if Zarc could be used as material for an XYZ summon. I like the idea. The synchro Zarc was also a bit disappointing, so I'm hoping for something much better for the XYZ version.

What about the earth golem @ignister or you are just using it for the pot of prosperity effect to ditch it

​@@user-fq5id2ru2i I don’t use Earth Golem Ignister that often, so it’s usually a Prosperity target. But it can come in clutch, especially to fuse away your opponent’s I:P Masquerena and another Link monster. That’s the beauty of a deck that doesn’t rely heavily on the Extra Deck-you can keep the relevant Super Poly targets for the matchup and banish the rest with Prosperity :)

No need to apologize for the paragraph, and thanks for sharing that fun fact! The idea of having Z-ARC tag out between different forms would be really cool. Hopefully, we get a good Xyz version in the future, and fingers crossed they design it in a way that lets us use the original anime cards :)

Fuzzy Lanius is a really good card, but the deck can still perform well without it! Some time after making the video, I decided to reduce Fuzzy to 2 copies instead of 3. If you don't want to play it, you could replace it with additional copies of Vanishing Lanius or opt for more hand traps and Crossout Designator instead.

Hopefully in a future version! The reason I didn’t include it in this video specifically is that the Z-ARC archetype doesn’t have a way to search both Pendulum Evolution and the Soul of the Supreme Celestial King Trap card in the same turn. Since we can only search one Z-ARC Spell/Trap per turn, I usually prioritize searching the Trap to summon Z-ARC. Hopefully, we’ll get more support in the future so we can search both on turn 1 :)

Revolution Dragon is a great card, and I did use it in my initial version of the deck! However, it started to feel like overkill with 3x Darkwurm, 1x Foolish Burial, 3x Dragon Shrine, and 3x Wings of Light-essentially 10 copies of Darkwurm. So, I decided to cut it to make room for more hand traps and Crossout Designator, with the latter also indirectly improving consistency.

Hi! I actually really like those cards, and I used them in the first version of this deck. I usually include them in most of my Pendulum decks. However, for this build, I decided to cut them in favor of more hand traps. In this deck specifically, I found they can feel a bit bricky at times. But if they’re working well for you, that’s awesome! I’d probably play them in Master Duel though, since Pendulum decks are a lot better with Electrumite being legal. :)

Hi! You can use the original Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon instead of Arc Pendulum Dragon. Arc Pendulum Dragon is a little better, mainly because of its more favorable Pendulum Scale (8 vs. 4 on the original Odd-Eyes). It doesn’t come up often, but sometimes you might draw into it and need to use it as a Pendulum Scale to keep playing. Keep in mind that you cannot use them to summon Z-ARC if they are in your Pendulum Scale. So, Arc Pendulum Dragon is technically a bit better, but it probably won't make a difference 90-95% of the time.

Hi! You definitely can! Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon also works as a material. The reason I used Odd-Eyes Rebellion Xyz Dragon is that it's technically better. However, it rarely comes up because you usually want to make Absolute Dragon instead. But I definitely understand wanting to play Dark Rebellion instead because it's cooler and lore accurate :)

From what I understand, Arc Pendulum is a normal monster which allows us to send it to the graveyard with dragon shrine along with darkwurm. However since Soul of the celestial supreme King allows us to banish from the deck anyway, does with really matter?

For some reason YT does not let me reply to your other comment. That Photon Lord search is a great idea, can't believe I didn't think about that! I'll definitely give that a try :) I've tried Fenrir in Shining Sarc but I found that I've often just banished it with Gandora and it ultimately didn't really do anything. So I decided to cut it. But it definitely makes more sense if your playing more Kashtira cards.

It gets you Gadget Trio, but it is less useful if you have Gadget Trio in your starting hand.​ All you need is 3 Kashtira Fenrir and 1 Kashtira Riseheart. It's a small package. You wouldn't be playing Fenrir as an end board piece because like you said, Gandora G would destroy it.

Hi, as long as you do your daily missions, you'll get there! I've only spent around 50 euros on Master Duel in 2.5 years and have a ton of decks. I don't like spending money on online games only because you never know when they might decide to pull the plug on it. I'd much rather buy the physical cards ;) You can pretty much use this deck list for Master Duel with a couple of changes in terms of hand traps and staples. A lot of the hand traps and staples are pretty tough to get in Master Duel since a lot of them are UR. But once you have those, you can use them in a lot of your decks.

I usually don’t go over the side deck in my deck profiles because the side deck is so heavily dependent on the format and your own local environment. It’s about what decks you expect other Yu-Gi-Oh! players to use, and this really can change every couple of weeks. This deck really wants to go first. So generally, some good side options are cards that help you if you have to go second (Forbidden Droplet, Lightning Storm, Harpie’s Feather Duster, Evenly Matched, etc.), or hand traps that are really good against certain decks you expect your opponent to play with.

Yeah, I wish Konami would make an alternative format where the power level is significantly lower (without going back to the 2010's) where decks like these could do well. But they'll probably never do it.
