Fun fact, the only way to summon Z-Arc using only in-archetype way to summon Supreme King Dragon Z-Arc Synchro Universe is to use Supreme King Dragon Odd-Eyes, a monster no one plays cause it is NOT a Pendulum Dragon monster and only does double battle damage which is already out-classed by Supreme King Dragon Dark Rebellion, and a Supreme King Dragon Lightwurm who has targeted a Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm so it's level doesn't change. I feel like it shoulda had an alternate system like being able to Tag out between different forms of Z-Arc in and out of the extra deck like how they did the mini Supreme Dragons in the show, we coulda had a Fusion Universe Synchro Universe XYZ Universe and maybe a pendulum universe thought I think that might just be the basic one and maybe those versions could use their summoning method on the opponents turn like in the show, I love this archetype but its a shame to see Z-Arc stripped of most of it's cool abilities. Sorry for the paragraph I just really enjoyed watching Z-Arc as a kid.

No need to apologize for the paragraph, and thanks for sharing that fun fact! The idea of having Z-ARC tag out between different forms would be really cool. Hopefully, we get a good Xyz version in the future, and fingers crossed they design it in a way that lets us use the original anime cards :)

I haven’t given it much thought yet, but I’d probably go with S:P Little Knight or TY-PHON (though I don’t have those myself yet, unfortunately😉). Other good options could be Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend or any other solid generic Level 8 Synchro, which this deck can easily make!

i found very good ta synchro "Tenyi" and a very good synchro (lvl11 which you can still do with harmonizing + gate magician) "psychic end punisher". I dont have sp since is too much overpriced for me so i play a knightmare unicorn instead. Anyways after this banlist i think ZARC version is the best pend can play.I'm also trying to find a synergy with the dracoslayers

For me arc ray it's to summon by the other trap cards, and I to tribute the original zarc is so you can use zarc effect on the pendulum scale that's a busted one

I couldn't figure what the point of Arcray is either, especially considering the reduced slots in the extra deck. The original Zarc is by far better. It's a bit disappointing that the "purified version" of Zarc has such a bad effect.

Yeah, it definitely feels like a wasted opportunity. Hopefully, we’ll see a better Xyz version of Z-ARC in the future! Something like what they did with TY-PHON, where you can use Z-ARC as the entire Xyz material, would be awesome. But they need to make it strong enough so it’s actually worth summoning :)

@@duelsanctuary It would be awesome if Zarc could be used as material for an XYZ summon. I like the idea. The synchro Zarc was also a bit disappointing, so I'm hoping for something much better for the XYZ version.

@@fernandoo9116 I actually forgot the Synchro version existed for a second 😅 Yeah, we’ve really had two disappointments in a row. Hopefully, we get a solid Xyz version in the next set-Supreme Darkness (though if there’s a Z-ARC card in it, it probably should have been called Supreme Z-ARCness)

Hi! You definitely can! Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon also works as a material. The reason I used Odd-Eyes Rebellion Xyz Dragon is that it's technically better. However, it rarely comes up because you usually want to make Absolute Dragon instead. But I definitely understand wanting to play Dark Rebellion instead because it's cooler and lore accurate :)

From what I understand, Arc Pendulum is a normal monster which allows us to send it to the graveyard with dragon shrine along with darkwurm. However since Soul of the celestial supreme King allows us to banish from the deck anyway, does with really matter?

Arc Pendulum Dragon is a little better, mainly because of its more favorable Pendulum Scale (8 vs. 4 on the original Odd-Eyes). It doesn’t come up often, but sometimes you might draw into it and need to use it as a Pendulum Scale to keep playing. Keep in mind that you cannot use them to summon Z-ARC if they are in your Pendulum Scale. So, Arc Pendulum Dragon is technically a bit better, but it probably won't make a difference 90-95% of the time. I never send Arc Pendulum Dragon to the GY with Dragon Shrine, mainly to prevent my opponent from banishing it prematurely.

Hopefully in a future version! The reason I didn’t include it in this video specifically is that the Z-ARC archetype doesn’t have a way to search both Pendulum Evolution and the Soul of the Supreme Celestial King Trap card in the same turn. Since we can only search one Z-ARC Spell/Trap per turn, I usually prioritize searching the Trap to summon Z-ARC. Hopefully, we’ll get more support in the future so we can search both on turn 1 :)

Something like this you don’t need to extend that much but kash engine gives a nibiru proofnes and more bodys to go more into link plays so you can interact more with your opponent of they take adventage of your destruction effects or you have to play more strategicly. Also if they ever evenly match you can sp banish one of your monster and zarc so zarc isn’t gone forever

From now on you should be over your 5th summon so you can get nibbed but it’s okeyish + the quick play spell wings of light should be able to special summon now . But let’s be real going for fiend smith combo is more interesting than that

​@@basty_gaming5750you actually want to use arc, over the other, most of the effects care simply about "pendulum dragon" monster to use zarc, but ideally what seals the deal is the dragon shrine, that let's you dump TWO dragons, since arc can still be used for zarc, but allows you to also dump one of the darkwyrms

Hi! I actually really like those cards, and I used them in the first version of this deck. I usually include them in most of my Pendulum decks. However, for this build, I decided to cut them in favor of more hand traps. In this deck specifically, I found they can feel a bit bricky at times. But if they’re working well for you, that’s awesome! I’d probably play them in Master Duel though, since Pendulum decks are a lot better with Electrumite being legal. :)

This may be late...but wtf do I do if my opponent plays "zombie world"... Do I just preemtively summon z-arc. But then how would I know they'd be playing a zombie deck...

Zombie World can definitely be tricky. If your opponent activates it from the hand, you can still chain your Celestial King Trap and tribute Gate Magician since, at that point, it’s still a Spellcaster. If they use Necroworld Banshee to activate Zombie World directly from the Deck, you can chain the Celestial King Trap in response to Banshee’s effect to summon Z-ARC. And the nice thing is, once Zombie World resolves, Z-ARC’s effect activates to destroy it :)

Revolution Dragon is a great card, and I did use it in my initial version of the deck! However, it started to feel like overkill with 3x Darkwurm, 1x Foolish Burial, 3x Dragon Shrine, and 3x Wings of Light-essentially 10 copies of Darkwurm. So, I decided to cut it to make room for more hand traps and Crossout Designator, with the latter also indirectly improving consistency.
