Between laser cleaning and dry ice blasting it is incredible what can be done in automotive. If you have a good compressor this can be set up reasonably affordably if you have a local ice supplier (500 pound minimum orders are annoying). To make it cost effective you need to schedule a few vehicles at the same time. There is just about no one doing this for vehicle here. A couple of industrial units but no automotive. On plastics and aluminum its magic.

I have question, I got turbo pro but only 9.5 bar my compressor can give and not cleaning good and the turbo taking too much dry ice is that normal? So what I have to do ? Do I have to get more psi ? Or there is technic I must to do it ? Please can you help me

Just don’t over tighten the screws holding the bucket in place. You will wind up puncturing the bucket. Don’t ask how I know! lol

Hi , i just ordered the Champ Vario from dry ice energy and i’m planning to use it at my garage in Romania . I’ve seen you have the Rotair vrk dry ice but i can’t find it in Romania , do you have any idea if it will work with Rotair vrk fibra plus ? In the technical data it says it has the fancooler integrated, 15 bar max and 35cfm

I found the Kaeser m13 but it’s only working up to 7bar and i don’t know if it’s enough . I just want to be prepared with everything before i receive the Champ vario

What do I need to begin dry ice blasting turbo? Do I have to use specific air compressor or any type and do I have to get after cooler so can you help me out for air compressor setup please. I went to local dealer around me and I got this setup. With oil or free oil idk 30 KW Cfm - 172 Pressure : 10 Bar. 150 psi One model 22 KW Cfm - 118 Pressure : 10 Bar. 150 psi

It does not kill mold! If there is mold in the car the only way to remove it is to literally remove the object it’s growing on, (if it is a porous material) and replace it with new. What you are doing is removing surface level, visible growth if even that. At best you are leaving the root system of the mold still intact. Pretty much a Mold Chai pet, just add water or high humidity and boom it’s back! But good try.

I bought my red 1983 2.8 injection in August 1991 and still own her. It is the best car I've ever had. I also own a MK1 3 litre GT ford capri that is now an ETCC ford "works" touring car replica in blue and white with 16 inch 3 piece split rims and a box arch body kit with a duck tail spoiler. I've owned it since 2004 and it was only fit for spares. Mechanically it was spot on the previous owner used it for drag racing.
