Thanks for the great points about how harmful an unhealthy home can be.

Oh my gosh, I think I figured something out a behavior I’ve been doing for r a while now: “Why do I do the “horse” blow all the time?” Apparently, it is common with people with ADHD. It’s a self-soothing mechanism. I find myself doing it during stressful moments at work or when I’m overwhelmed. Thanks for the tips! ❤

A FEW PEOPLE HAVE ASKED FOR THR CLINIC INFORMATION....WHY DONT YOU GIVE IT OUT ? I MEAN TO HELP PEOPLE ?
@laurasnaturallife5 ай бұрын
Hey there, I don't make youtube videos anymore, so I don't monitor these comments. My doctor is retired, but I would look for someone who is certified in CIRS - either shoemaker protocol or neil nathan's or jill christa's mold protocol

I used exclusively Marie Veronique's sunscreen for as many years as I can remember , and nothing else except clean skin …and I got skin cancer on my face . Sadly , they do have great ingredients , EXCEPT they include a very dangerous preservative which is linked to cancer , Polyaminopropyl Biguanide . This preservative is banned in Europe and Japan. Having it in cosmetics designed for the face and for use in the sun is like playing Russian roulette for skin cancer. I learned this firsthand .

This is very interesting. - My favorite, most calming type of touch to receive is when my partner strokes my neck behind the ear. -I do the horse lips naturally when I get stressed. -the finger tapping is something that I see my autistic family members do as soothing "stims" or to help them focus. It was actually part of the questions we had to answer during diagnosis. (Unusual, repetitive hand movements)

Marie Veronique is a true serum for the texture. Buttttttt I didn’t see results that Mara gave. Mara gave overnight results. I too look for a gentle retinol but Marie’s packaging is so sloppy! I bought the entire line and it pills. So sad. I just bought maya chia. Let’s see… if not I’ll go back to Mara despite that it’s an oil

What about anti-fungals and probiotics? What sort of diet do you eat? I have this problem and it’s a slow process. I don’t tolerate the binders well and my diet is very restrictive. I do have a sauna; the world’s best investment!

You are AMAZING! I'm going through this myself. It is SOOO hard! But one thing that you get wrong is...poison is poison. Just because some get sicker doesn't mean everyone is not affected. Have you heard of Erik Johnson? The outbreak of 1985 at Lake Tahoe? Curious.... My friends at Exposing Mold are AMAZING! They are also hypersensitive...like me...like you! (Can sense it on things, people, places) like Shamane Nuget & Suzanne Somers... They gave tons of awesome free content & Kealy, she is a professional herbalist. She has remedies to assist...they also can help plan out the insanity of having to leave & start over...who to call for help...all of that through consults. They have been the greatest support to me personally & I don't know where I'd be without them. Probably dead honestly... Hit them up or I mean...if anyone here is dealing with this...check them out :) Im so grateful I did. ❤ exposingmold.org/?wpam_id=6 Also...to note....just because someone seems fine. Doesn't have the "genes" for it...they may have more mild symptoms or mental issues..."seasonal allergies" allergies to animals...they also can end up developing cancer or other things later in life over long term exposure. They aren't the canaries like those of us who are hypersensitive & catch on to the problem faster. Also...children & pets can die from this. My kids are sick from it also & I've had cats die & have all kinds of health issues from mold exposure.
