I bought this watch from Casio India Shop in 2021, I don't remember even if I registered for warranty. The model is G5600UE-1DR, but the Buckle of straps has Casio China written on it that sometimes make me doubt it. The watch is perfect and I never faced any problem with it, I used it in very different terrain or can say I tested its full potential and it has proven its metal. The module in my watch has the Indian style of showing the date thankfully. The weird thing is when I tilt the watch to an angel I see RCVD written on the LCD screen, I don't understand why it is there in this watch.

Hello tick tock treasure I bought my very own f91 w in june and its been a week since its backlight button has stopped functioning. I had it registered with warrenty, tried contacting casio official customer support but no response from them. I also tried contacting to my nearest casio store ( which is not near approx 12km away) and they said that i could be my fault that i pushed it multiple times (found it hilarious that why would i use the backlight of an f91w) No idea if the watch will be replaced or repaired, didnt expect such from Casio 😢

Sounds like a BAD experience, it's unlike Casio not to respond. You should persist through official channels, the warranty's obviously still valid.
