I've thought about making more in depth content like that but haven't pulled the trigger on anything. The problem with it is the bigger creators already have such videos and competing with them to a level that makes the time investment to make a video like that is basically impossible. But we'll see, I may take a crack at something in that vein at some point.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but those bigger creators are like GM ranked. They make good videos of course, but your style is different and seeing you coming up from silver/gold rank is inspiring. If you made a guide video there’s no way it would be copy and paste with the others. The GM’s play on auto mode and other than listening to them, watching them just dump on ppl all the time is funny but doesn’t apply that much to a silver/gold player. I know you gotta keep it interesting for the channel to grow but I think we’d like to see some guide videos at some point.

Thanks! And I see what you are saying and you have a great point! For me in this specific match I realized that we were a high burst comp and if we didn't kill an enemy in 1-2 seconds then we would not kill them at all. So I invested my attention to my CC's such as my stun after letting them apply their prot shred from their dash, which also let them apply things like gem of isolation through their new item proccing ability. I quickly shifted my priority to that more CC providing role when I saw that my team was struggling to land their damage and I wanted to enable it with stationary targets. Further you should keep in mind that only the dash attack of the soldiers will remove magical protections so letting them attack after that point is not needed if your primary role (which as a support) is to CC and set up. And on top of that only myself and Cthulu were dealing magical damage so shredding those prots was not very productive when compared to a 1.4 second stun. Lastly I had them high health to tank things like gold, fire, and birds. Which as you see in the video I keep them alive to tank those objectives. So hopefully that gives you a good run down of why I use my minions like I do when playing Nu Wa in support! and thank you for subscribing! 💜

If you're asking about voice chat then there's plenty of reasons there. A lot of players do use VC in higher ranks to be fair. For me at least I'm recording while I play so I'm not gonna use it. It also can have a tendency to devolve pretty quickly as I've seen in the past and that's never fun. If you mean text chat then there's really not much point most of the time unless you have something very complicated to relay such as a specific enemy using beads or an ult as you saw I called with text chat at one point on the enemy thanatos. The thing is VGS is a very well made system that can make most calls you will need. Any thing that you want attacked, defended, warded and so on can be called with the press of 2-4 buttons in half a second. Not to mention you can always hold the alt key to free your mouse and ping the map. Or simply press V once and click to ping things. Combine that with something like pressing VD and then clicking to easily show where you want to defend. In short, VGS does 95% of the calls you will need so other forms of communicating simply are not as needed.

Good to see you! Yeah I think the farther along smite 2 gets the more people will pay attention to it. And smite 1 content will reduce hardcore once smite 2 drops full time so people won't really have a choice but to watch it if they still want to watch smite content. But at that point I think people will be moving to the game anyways and it will all work out well.

Good to see you and know you're still around! I definitely understand being intimidated by smite 2. It's a lot of new stuff to take in all at once but for me honestly that's the best part. I love learning all the new items, ability features, mechanics and so on. But that being said I get why people would take it as a lot and might just wait until smite 2 is in more of a definitive state like late beta or closer to full release before they really jump on the content train for it.

Base scaling for guardian damage is over tuned. Yet even when building no defense they still take vastly reduced damage. Pretty simple what I'm saying, but let me know if laying it out like that helps you out 💜

I always loved her but I also despised when people took her into support before the healing changes. They'd be doing 0 damage, 0 healing, barely any cc and then think they were useful. But nowadays she get's the job done quite well!

One of my points was that I'd like more wards to balance it out so you are right there. Decreasing the amount of grass or limiting it to the jungle would be great too. @@RogersAquarium I remember seeing Smite for the first time a good long while ago, and re-found it through KZbin a few months ago, got it on steam and immediately fell in love with the game, and started watching Smite KZbinrs. The only problem was Inter didn't have his gaming channel at the time, and Mast had gone on a Smite break, so I could only find vids before season 11 until I got recommended your first smite video (support Nu Wa). Then I got recommended a different vid, thought "Huh, why does this voice sound familiar?" and binged all of the vids I hadn't watched. Been here since (just about) the very beginning!
