Alex: Watch Rodgers under center on an RPO (run pass option)...at the snap of the ball, Rodgers turn his back to the defense. Rodgers obviously can hand the ball off - this is the first option and the defense must respect it - but Rodgers has also read the defense pre-snap allowing him to turn and throw to a pre-determined receiver he has hand signaled - those who know Rodgers believe he is the best QBs to ever play the game with his back to the defense...this is a skill that does not deteriorate with age. With Wilson healthy and if the Jets pick up Davante Adams, the Jets will be difficult to stop because even when Rodgers passes, the run is the first RPO option. BTW: this is the bread and butter of the Rodgers - Hackett offense. With Hackett, Rodgers played with his back to the defense more than any other QB in the history of the NFL - It's brilliant. Hackett gets a bad rap because no other QB can play it like Rodgers can.

As a lifelong Bucs fan I'm so happy to see them on your channel. This was an ugly win for us. The Lions took full advantage of Goedeke being out along with Mauch still struggling in his second year. The Lions pass coverage was amazing especially since Evans and Godwin (now-again a Slot Receiver thanks to Coen) are both High-tier offensive weapons. I'm excited to see how McMillan will develop. I'm ultra excited to see what Baker can do this year (if our O-line can fix the leaks)- we all love him and he seems to be a great leader. Our defense was riddled with multiple key injuries and limped into this game to hold Goff to 300 yards, zero touchdowns, and 2 INTs- "Bend but not Break". I'm just as surprised as everyone we came out with a win especially after seeing how we lost to the Broncos in week 3... Every year is an interesting year as a Bucs fan, but that being said, Lions and Bucs fans had a lot of respect for one another last year in the playoffs and I still hold that respect even after this win. I hope to see them again this year in the playoffs. The Lions deserve as Superbowl!

Kyler is cooking and I'm a lifelong Cardinal fan. I think the Saints certainly deserve to be in the conversation. They are 1 and we are 2 right now, and I'm fine taking silver medal after week 2. I think our ceiling may be higher though, so I'm excited to see us continue to grow from here.

@AlexandtheNFL

Alright I’ll bite. I need to have played for a college to learn/study and enjoy the NFL? Sorry you feel that way. I’ve studied this game since I was 15 years old. I don’t know everything, nor do I claim to, but I worked damn hard to get to where I’m at. Simply being born around the game doesn’t mean all that much. I worked for it. I love it, and neither my accent nor your opinion about it will change that. If you could see past the fact that I was born in a different country, maybe we could have had a good conversation about some of these plays, and I’d have been more than happy to have learned a thing or two from you if you played the game at a high level. Maybe next time you’ll open with a more opportune, friendly, and less racist message ❤️ Have a great day man

@@AlexandtheNFL I'm white, bud. It's called stereotyping, not racism. But if you want to get serious; it's not the fact that you were born elsewhere. It's the fact that you have no concept of the speed of the game nor the complexity of play-calling and check-downs. I gave in and watched some of your "film study," and it's extremely conversational and subjective. Zero technicalities and incorrect vocabulary. "Lanes" instead of properly announcing which gap the runner hits. Calling a post route a "crosser." This is a glorified highlight reel, not a film study.

The best offense in the NFL at the moment is actually the Saints, & numbers can back that up convincingly. However the Cardinals are also a sleeper cannon that no one saw coming. The NFC as a whole is in for a huge power shift between the teams, & it's gonna be really fun to see.
