Yes, if you have GHL with us you will have access to it and the SAAS Mastermind. We also have our Lab which has weekly coaching with it too. The low ticket ascension method works really well, you need to make sure the SKOOL community is high value where they are really impressed coming in. So many SKOOL groups out there are not great and the owners don't respond etc, so this is an opportunity to be the standout and difference, which will help you succeed so much faster!

Both actually, the copy on an ad and the copy on a landing page should always flow the same way. Otherwise your conversion rate will drop. It should all be consistent and tied together.

Yep that’s exactly right. The only tweak is to make the final offer, mention the faster implementation of the intro product, in this case SEO or Google ads whatever you plan on using. But the software can help with that, so you just connect the intro and the software together here

Good point, it's actually all to do with the framing. We run an acquisition system, so rather than buying leads in a traditional sense, we deploy the system into their business (the infrastructure essentially). This basically removes us out of the realm of selling leads and the standard agency offer. It helps us speak about it a bit differently, creating that demand. AI services do work and they do have that "new" bite, however what I like to have is big momentum, which allows my lead gen to keep scaling because it creates it's own demand.

Just a nit, but I think you double counted your Trial Conv MRR of $2193. I believe Campaign Revenue (F15) should be K2+F10+H10+F13, without J10 so your Campaign Profit (Not Inc Trials) would actually not include Trial MRR. Again, doesn't lessen the very compelling financial argument you produced. Thanks for this and the continuing view into your system!!

Ah I see what you are saying. The Campaign Profit is currently showing the 14 day profit after the trials rather than day 1 without the trials. I should have a column for day 1 and day 14 profit to show it. So for the record day 1 (instant return) profit would = $20.739 and day 14 blended profit after the trials would = $$22,922

Great video thank you! At @5:34 you talk about them adding 500 new leads from Linkedin however, are you using GHL for your three waterfalled followup systems? I didn't think you could cold email B2C or B2B from GHL or you'd end up in spam for example as GHL isn't really a cold emailing tool? Thanks!

Good question. We are using GHL, however for the follow up we actually get the prospects to opt in to some form of case study or similar. This then allows us to use the nurture follow up. So all follow up is done with warmer leads, cold prospects stay on LinkedIn follow up.

Exactly my main philosophy is I want a lead coming to me, magnetic. So you want to provide the case study as value without a pitch necessarily. The action takers and tier 1 clients will always come to you rather than you chasing them

@@sabside the pains in the SAAS space are having to use free trials to bring in customers -- where they then bleed for MONTHS in the negative hoping for a turnaround. It makes it so much harder to scale. This can be solved by using a Ladder Funnel (I show this on my channel)

If it's the recurring offer, we use GHL SAAS as the service delivery combined with funnel templates, step-by-step programs & SOPs for running campaigns and such. The Programs get the initial buy in, the software gets the "stick". If we do high ticket on the backend, we build out a custom acquisition system for them for $7.5k

@scalecertified I am running fb ads for 4 clinics, and we added ghl review system, which they really like it.they don't run fb ads all the same time, and it's low maintenance.they would like to pause for month of July and Aug. They pay me 500$ for all saas plus running ads for 4 clinics

Are they based in Europe where the summer is vacation time? The Facebook ads is a tricky one because if they don’t open the doors, they don’t need as many clients. However what I’d say is the review campaigns continue to build all year long. So you can run a pause fee and keep those campaigns active, keep a low ad budget $5/day running Retargeting to ensure you don’t lose ad momentum. I’d maybe do this for $197/m. The reason I’d do this is if they completely pause they may not come back, it’s a risk because they become comfortable with the lower expenses. So you’d need to sell the service to them again. But with a pause fee to keep it ticking over, they stick and you can increase it again when they want to go faster.

Start with one niche, but your niche should always start with a specific problem you solve. Then you go to businesses that have that problem, rather than trying to find a niche and then find a problem to solve. Do the opposite.

Having been in the “intense” environments as well as having lived in super expensive locations, I can tell you I’ll never look back. Peace of mind and freedom of time gives so much happiness versus “things”. Funnily enough after making that change, our businesses grew which I can attribute to less stress and being more proactive (because we could) versus reactive! This is the way forwards!
