For anyone about to do this, you can also reach the 15 mm thru-bolt by removing the passenger side wheel well plastics and using a few socket extension rods. I did it this way because I wasn't able to jack the car up enough to fit underneath it.

I had the same issue. My parts guy ordered a second one from local warehouse to compare. Same issue. He ordered a third from Ford - same issue, So, it looks like they have a real issue here.

Why did you take the bracket off that's bolted to the top of the trans? Why not just the 4 bolts for the mount body, and the long bolt between the mount and bracket
