The clasps on this brace are weak and will break/snap early in use.

This chair needs to have legs that widen for recliners. Currently they are straight and do not move. The seat will lift out of the brackets if lowered to far down on the toilet seat. Their is nothing to keep the seat from lifting up off the brackets. There are 2 charger boxes for the upper and lower parts of the machine but only 1 charger comes with the machine. Also, the leg height for a tall person is not good as the persons legs hit the bar they hold on to. No good quality control was done before distributing this machine. There is no contact information fir the company or phone number. The warranty card has no data for after sale contact.
