How to adjust Lumbar Supports Orthosis (LSO) - Lower Back & Spine Pain

The brace tightness is controlled by the two cord systems, one on the left and one on the right. The one to your right controls the top part of the back cord system, the one on the left controls the lower part. If you tighten the left more than the right one part will be looser than the other, while this could be helpful if you want custom tightness, if the two sides are way different, support will not be optimal. Overall support is good if you tighten symmetrically. Please take a look at the video to see what I am talking about.
