Knoxville is not that great. It gets boring fast. The people are decendents of the shanty Irish, most are dishonest especially local contractors. It is beautiful but the people are better up north. Just think of pikey of the born and breed. If Oak Ridge every pulls out theire literally would be no high paying jobs.

The hubby and I are looking for 100+ acres to build a home. Seymour is on the list since we've been to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. We love Classical Conversations which is in the area and great reformed churches. Any recommendations in Eastern TN for low property tax counties with 100+ acres for sale outside Knoxville? It's only going to get worse as more people move in and as long as you have about 500 realtors and growing on KZbin saying how great of a State TN is, which I agree. Just sayin' No longer a best kept secret. That's life, I guess.
