Hardin Valley is a great one. Its still pretty quiet/calm, and nicely centrally located between Oak Ridge/Maryville/Knoxville and the Airport. Great Schools etc. Definitely above average pricing, but not as bad as Bearden/Sequoyah/Farragut and Lakefront.
