Yes. Move your vehicle without bolts. Great idea. If you can't remove wheel just hit(push) top of the wheel with both hands or kick and if this didn't help use hammer and wooden block or rubber hammer - and actually use force not just poke

Ok I have a question. 2002 bmw 325i is my car. I installed the aluminum m54 valve cover originally leaving in the pvc system it came with, even thought this newer valve cover has a pcv valve on top. Later I removed the original pcv statem, the intake manifold hose plugged into the valve cover, so it's ocv system is working, or should be and have been driving the car for around 3 years. Long story short, yesterday I realized oil was being forced out from the valve cover gasket and removing the oil cap revealed a lot of pressure... Remember it's been almost 3 years and everything has been good. So I decided to reinstall the original pcv system and did so... the plastic hoses were a little broken so I clamped rubber hoses to them. The valve was new and unused. We drove the car for 30 minutes, lots of white smoke, parked and sat for an hour and then drove home... billows of white smoke all the way home. I investigated. No engine codes, also nolonger any oil. All oil was forced into the intake manifold, throttle body, etc and burned through the engine exiting through the tail pipe. Question is, what happened? Bmw's pcv system can only be connected in a specific way, so hoses aren't connect incorrectly. Could my pieced together rubber hoses be leaking causing vacuum leaks, causing oil to be sucked up? The oil separator valve was new, but could it have been blocked or defective? Or is it something tgat I'm missing? Thanks! Goose

I have a question I have a 2010 Chevy Impala 3.5 sedan I was on my way to work and I lost all my gears except Park no reverse no drive, 3rd, 2nd or 1st and on startup I'm hearing a whining noise from the transmission No Check Engine Light and there is no trouble codes in the PCM Not sure if it is one of the solenoids, torque converter, trans oil pump that it is faulty Any ideas?

I have the following codes C1201, P2808, P2757, P2714, P0796, P0776, P0746. when I put the car in drive it only moves after pressing the gas RPM's to 7. and when putting it in reverse it does nothing. I don't feel it engage. Any help would be GREAT!

It can also be bad rotor bindles or a kanuten valve. Check the blinker fluid every 5000 miles.

I was thinking this might be the cause of my suburban. Shop said I needed a motor, (per their own words) they looked online at a board and automatically went to the extreme. Even stated they didn’t even pull the valve cover to check if maybe a valve seal had gone, because it happened out of nowhere. Sick of these garbage shops.

It can also cause intermittent lights flickering when it's running rough, which can come and go. I learned this with my car.

Thanks for info. My 2016 Hyundai Veloster is in the shop for this repair. I was stopped at a red light and then it wouldn't move at all in drive or any gear. Turned it on and off several times and went through all the gear positions until it finally started moving and I luckily got it to the shop. Really was hoping that my transmission wasn't shot.
