How does your tulle not get sucked down into the feed-dogs? I’m able to do a straight stitch with the tulle I have without that happening but the gathering foot just jams up on me 😫

I'm having a lot of trouble with my gathering foot when I use it on knit fabrics. The fabric sometimes gets stuck in the feed dogs. Do you have any suggestions? A stabilizer maybe?

Sewing machine, 5 minutes but If you have a serger: Use 4 spools of serger thread. Set up: Right and left needles: 8 Upper and lower loopers: 3 Differential feed: 2.5 Stitch length: 4 Makes TONS of gathers in SECONDS!!!!!🧵🧵🧵🧵
