Honestly, I don’t believe that most people are over training. What I think is the case is that most people are under recovering. Not getting enough sleep. Not eating enough. Too much stress from their job and still going to train. All of this causes a sense of fatigue

9:49 "thinking you are a tough guy and wanting to challenge everything". That is just immaturity. What people don't realize is that 10% of our population have that type of character are on the psychopathic predatory parasitism side of the spectrum. They don't care about other peoples feelings, they will do anything and use anyone to advance their short term gains and that results on most of their long term relationship being destroyed. They fail at romantic relationship because they don't feel empathy and that is why they can use the person they are with for their short term pleasure. They are con artists and learn this behavior to survive. Prisons operate that way and that is why prisons are full of these character types. When they get out they continue this type of behavior because they were like that before they went in. Its very hard to trust people like that. They don't make good business partners because they will lie, cheat and steal to get ahead and destroy those around them. They will manipulate and use those people who they know have the means to keep their lifestyle going. Whatever they do and achieve is at the expense of someone else and in the end they end up shipwrecked and alone because they burned every bridge along the way.

For me, it depends. If it's a sport that is a heavy contact sport, than trans woman shouldn't be allowed. But if it's some shit like bowling or golf, the sports shouldn't be separated by gender
