Thank you Gary for your incredible information. I would like to ask you what could be achieved naturally to halt soft plaque in arteriosclerosis. How to lower Lp(a) levels, stop insullin resistance, lower belly fat. This for people with high triglycerides, high cholesterol, high BP. Cringled Lp(a). How best to avoid stroke and heart attack. Told it is a genetic condition and rhat healthy diet and lifestyle wont fix it. Told to take statins high dose and asprin. Stenosis in 3 blood vessels. One is 96% blocked . BP lowering meds gave me huge headaches, stopped taking them. Stopped statins, made me feel sick. Drinking ginger juice. Beetroot juice. Not using seed oils. Cut carbs to a low amount. Talikng berberine . Curcumin.

Dig at Jack at the beginning? No disrespect but avoiding blue light and getting my daily vitamin d from sun has changed my life. (plus grounding benefits)I also cleaned my diet, fixed my gut with only fresh organic food, a lot of fermented ones too and have been able to get off 2 prescriptions. So I’m very interested in what he has to say but Kruse made a difference for my insomnia and I’m losing weight… but I am open to great info as I’m now seeing a naturopath and trying to get off more meds. I was able to have my sleep meds cut in half, able to get off synthroid with iodine, zinc, and selenium. I’m sick of going to the doctor and they can’t wait to pull the prescription pad out. I was given synthroid for hypothyroidism in annual blood work and never should have been prescribed it. Going to try B-12 for depression because I hate zoloft…my gut was unhealthy I’m sure because I know what i was eating and seretonin is made in the gut so that’s probably a big part of it. I had such a bad quality of life because the symptoms and bad reaction from synthroid from getting I had as in peak fitness, an hour of elliptical a day at 10 resistance and 2 days later I went back to the gym and couldn’t do my normal routine, even lowering it. I couldn’t breathe and I went from 107lbs feeling energetic and great to an internist and 2 endocrinologists insisted I needed it. I recently found out that I didn’t need it or my low dose was way too much because on it I gained 60 lbs, no energy and I never skipped the gym. I had to finally find why that happened on freakin Reddit because the pfizer zombies didn’t even suggest that. About 6 months ago I was diagnosed tachycardia and boom - sign of too much synthroid. Sad you have to be your own advocate. So I’m done with physicians. It’s often not needed or I don’t know…seems like they should have figured out that was a sign of too much. She also fixed my pcos when a fertility doctor couldn’t years ago by having me do the braggs (because she said doctors don’t know it’s just buildup of yeast in the body) get off sugar because it feeds it and also white carbs. After 2 years of infertility working with the top fertility specialist in BR I was pregnant in 3 months to a very healthy baby boy. I’m glad I decided to go back to her now! And my husband’s good friend owns Calloway Cattle and it’s fresh grass fed free range chickens and cows but it’s hard to find healthy food, as I’ve heard the soil is depleted of nutrients so I want to get nutrients from food rather than supplements but I have no idea buying fresh produce if got any nutrients at all.

Huge oversight this video (dose makes poison statement). While accumulative dose is correct, need to cover endocrine disrupting synthetic agents where the smaller the dose (parts per billion/trillion), the more poisonous to human physiology. Which are most synthetic chemicals today. Wish you would have covered this because this is the most insidious and ubiquitous poison today.

I read Dr. Atkins book decades ago and was interested in keeping my weight down. The health benefits were awesome. I fell off many times but upon realizing I was sick and tired once more I got back to it. They called it horrible back then but here we are. Dr Atkins was totally correct. I just changed recipes to what we ate locally. Helped several family members to get healthier also.

When you watch the pharma commercials on TV you notice they are just corny, almost ridiculous. Like they don't even care if their message gets delivered...then the last 20% of the commercial lists the "KNOWN" potential side effects. They really aren't marketing to potential patients, the end consumer. They are simply putting something out there to pay off the big media companies so they don't air anything negative about these drugs. It's really simple. Pay attention to these commercials

For the last 30 years I have been telling my patients about the food supply and soil health. I told my patients and my peers about RoundUp and other environmental toxins that are causing health issues. I am a board certified OB/GYN . My board threatened to take away my board certification as I told my patients not to do the Covid vaccines. I gave hundreds of vaccine exemptions. Our government and the corporations they protect and work for are not about us...they are about making sure they make money off of us. Most my patients listen but were skeptical since they do not see this on CNN. Our media is very complicit in this CONSPIRACY to profit from our illness.

Thank you for this video!!! I had emergency back surgery for a cyst removal in Colombia last year. The experience was scary since it wasn’t planned but the care and expertise of the doctors I got was exceptional! I have cervical disc degeneration, lumbar bulging discs and misalignment and I have been looking into stem cell therapy for a bit now. I am 38 in February and all of this started affecting me last year beginning of the year. I’m too young to be in pain and have so my limitations. Thanks again!

Can you still ice bath and hot bath or cup? I did it recently but still do those. I heard cupping can help areas more. Giving up cold plunge is hard as I can’t train much other than elliptical and bands. So far it’s working. Only been a week. I wish I had as much as you did. Ha I had prp/ stem cell into my right knee and mid back that has 4 mild disc bulge. Tbh the back pain got really tight after I started cold plunge. Maybe it made my body aware of the damage and freeze it up to boost healing? Gotta wait it out more. I was a hardcore skate and snowboarder so all that jumping fkd me. At 42 I stopped all of that and just cruise.
