The lower skid setup just sets it up to be a sick crawler slides over everything nothing to hang on change the rear trailing arms use stock fronts on rear like you showed us changes the attitude of the car ...becomes a beast

@@michaelrichardson3899 the rear is a TRX4 and the front is a MEUS Nylon modified to run reverse cut ring & pinion to match the rotation direction of the rear.

@@underarockandstuff Thanks! Ya, my goal was to simply finish the courses. On course 6, one of the screws on the servo mount came out which let the servo pivot instead of steer the truck. The back of the servo & the end of my outrunner motor were making hard contact. I was able to make repairs and continue driving after.

@@insectking7050 if you're after smooth, go for a Hobbywing Fusion Pro (if you have the funds). The Fusion SE is not quite as smooth/refined as the Pro, but they're half the price and definitely worth the $. Revolvers/Outrunners are always going to produce some level of noise no matter the brand or price.

@@naturalpondscapes8538 ahhhh, I gotcha now. You need shorter shocks or limiting straps to keep the axles from drooping so much. Standing the shocks up more vertically will help that too. Try that first.
