Buddy, Sometimes after offroading there can be mud or small stone getting stuck in the brake pads and there will be scraping sound Normally it improves with running for 20km back when roads or cleaning the brake pad would also help ....that's my driving experience

It might be a drive shaft issue as well, get it checked. I had drive shaft kat kat sound when braking and turning on uphills and downhills. They had to change drive shaft

Good that you figured the issue out at the earliest. Else it could have ended badly. Give a mouthful to the service center folks for not tightening the bolt enough. This could have taken a serious turn luckily you identified it. I’m gonna check my car as well now for this😅..
