செங்காந்தள் பூங்காவாக இருந்தபோது இப்பகுதியில் இருந்தவர்கள் நடைபயிற்சி மேற்கொள்ள வசதி செய்யப்பட்டு இருந்தது மாதம் ரூ250/- கட்டணத்தில். நிறைய பேர் நடைபயிற்சி மேற்கொண்டனர். ஆனால் பூங்கா சீரமைப்பு எனக்கூறி மூடப்பட்ட பூங்கா நடைபயிற்சிக்கு இருந்த இடத்தையும் முழுவதுமாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டது வருத்தமளிக்கிறது. இந்த பகுதியில் நடைபயிற்சி மேற்கொள்ள மற்ற பகுதிகளைப்போல் பூங்காக்கள் இல்லை. கோபாலபுர விளையாட்டுத்திடலும் பாக்ஸிங் ஸ்டேடியம் கட்ட பாதியாக குறைக்கப்பட்டு மீதியுள்ள இடத்தில் இளைஞர்கள் கிரிகெட் விளையாடவே போதவில்லை என தோன்றுகிறது.

To The TN GOVERNMENT kindly rename this as an AMUSEMENT PARK as most of the events come at a cost .. Then no one will crib... Ofcourse you need large sums for the upkeep of the place Two , there by reduce the basic entry fee as most elders can come & relax just as a park visit.. regards 🎉😂

Maintenance means , per day u will get thousands of people & weak end u will get lakhs of people, u will get the return on investment in 4 months & remaining everything is free for the investors, entry should be Rs 40/- & rest of the games should be less than Rs 50/- it will be affordable for everyone.
