I found exactly the problem with this capture card: It must be connected to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port so that it does not have these audio desynchronization problems (in OBS). If you connect it to another older USB port, such as 3.0 or 3.1, you will have this desynchronization problem and this software (4K Capture Utility) will not work well at all.

⚠I fixed CameraHub not finding my EpocCam on Windows by doing the following:⚠ -I searched for services, -opened it, -searched in there for bonjour, -checked properties and set it to "automatic delayed" and applied, - and then set it back to "automatic" and applied. - Then I shut off camerahub, booted it up again, and it worked. Seems like something was going on between Bonjour and CameraHub, so that CameraHub couldn't detect the phone. Sent the same instructions to 2 others, and it solved their problem, too.

my elgato hd60 x just got here today, i opened it and when to plug it in to my macbook air and my xbox series s. the light is then white for not even 5 seconds and then switches to a flashing red light. pass through works but it will not show up on my elgato capture utility or obs. what can i do here?

I’m streaming my Xbox to my Mac using elgato hd60x and have the capture card and my webcam hooked up to 12 foot usb extender cords to reach my Mac on the other side of the room. I’ve downloaded OBS and added my sources. My webcam shows up and works in the preview. My mic from the webcam is a working source in OBS as well. But when I select my capture source, my card shows up as a device but there is no image just a black screen in the preview. Is it because my Mac is 2017 and doesn’t have hdr compatibility? Someone please try and push me in the right direction. Everything else seems to be fine, it’s just getting the image to start showing in OBS that I’m having trouble with. I’m so close to being able to hit the “start streaming” button. Help me get there please and thank you!!! If I seem new I am, this is all new to me so please be patient! Thanks again!

Elgato needs to make it so the Icons for the buttons work as a regualr on/off switch as well. I have different icons when the button is NOT activated, and another Icon when it is activated. So when streaming I can see if I am on the start screen, BRB screen, live screen, ending screen etc. If i want to use a multi action, I am stuck using one icon. That doesnt help me know what screen is on. If i am on Start scene, it is a bright color, when off its black and white. All other scenes would be black and white when another is on, so only one in the row will be color. Activating another scene, like game capture, will make that button go bright, and then make the starting scene go black and white. If i am gaming and need to pause, hitting the BRB scene key will make that go colored and the live scene/game capture go dark. With a multi action, I want to use it to control two different scenes in OBS, one full screen scene and a vertical scene so they activate together. However if I use a multi action and put both scenes on it, the icon can only be one. now all my scenes are the same color in my Stream Deck. Why? Elgato also needs to make the Black Ops 6 Icon pack the same icons for both animated and non. Why is "Start" not animated, but "Live" is in both subdued and color? Same with BRB, REC and Ending. If one is offered in animated, the non-animated version should also be there so you can have the same look across all icons.

Do you sell just the desk clamp seperately? I would love to get a second one so I can remove the mic off my desk and put it on my shelf that would have a second desk clamp installed.

This worked perfectly to get it setup. It holds the Blue Yeti stabilizer connected into a Shure S7MB. That is super heavy. So impressed with this. I think the only thing that would make it better if you could attach a longer handle to the closest to the mic tightener to make turning it tighter easier. But really like it in White. Thanks
