My great-grandfather - Captain John Barrance Browning - Commodore of the P&O Line - Lead the flotilla of ships and boats (aboard RMS Maloja) beneath Sydney Harbour Bridge during the opening ceremony on Saturday the 19th of March 1932. Meanwhile, there was a drama with the cutting of the ribbon up on the bridge, involving an unruly horse mounted army captain brandishing a sword.

I served onboard the USS Rentz FFG-46, from 99-03. George S. Rentz , my ships namesake, was onboard the Houston. He was 59, survived the sinking, gave up his life vest to a younger sailor, and later drown.

Explain. Explain how the Australian Aborigine is First Nations when "First Nations" came into common usage in the 1980s to replace the term "Indian band". Elder Sol Sanderson says that he coined the term in the early 1980s. First Nation is the contemporary term for "Indian". Inuit are "Aboriginal" or "First Peoples", but are not "First Nations", because "First Nations" are Indians. Inuit are not Indians. The term "Indigenous Peoples" is an all-encompassing term that includes the Aboriginal or First Peoples of Canada, and other countries. You know the GRUBS who visited Canada in 2016 wrote of their trip and how they " liked it" the Canadian Title and wrote how they should use it here to unite the Australian Aboriginal people in the Uluru statement. Never before that cultural theft was the Australian Aborigine referred to as First Nations because First Nations people are Canadian " Indians

Would running a desktop pc 24/7 be detrimental to the environment? Because a desktop pc pulls less than 500 watts.

Operator Jaywick was only 6 ships, but that's not the point. The point is they succeeded, the Japanese did not expect Singapore Harbour their stronghold to be attacked. It was a small sabotage operation but 6 ships where damaged or sank and took them out of the war. Soldiers and sailers needed supplies not supplies means delays. Unfortunately the local population was blamed and many taken im for questioning. Tortured for answers. Brave men and women both civilians and the men of operation Jaywick. Lest we forget..

I remember reading about the dives on the Perth and Houston . The leader of that expedition recovered a brass voice tube from the bridge, where Captain Hec Waller died. He gave the tube to Capt Waller's widow. Other things were recovered as well, even the Perth's Bell I think.

Lovely recreation you've done there:) Beautiful model. I did a version of the Endeavour using bits and pieces of garden refuse I left laying about for gardening projects. I love making models. They're a lot of fun, aren't they:) The HM Endeavour Ensign System and the use of Umbrellas for Shade Joke The crew of the HM Endeavour ate on deck using tables that had umbrellas for shade in the Sun. The Wheel House and cabin hatch were shaded. The Popham Ensign System of the belly button hernia of the 18th Century signaled using the Cross of St George with a Union Jack Canton. Beneath the Royal Navy St George Cross flag there was the traditional East India Company flag recognised by employees at outposts dedicated to vessels trading in goods and returning to Europe for purposes of commerce involving the Spice Route. Here's how the vessel looked during the voyage into the Pacific- drive.google.com/file/d/17jl3MA3AZyBNDBjVCpyJUuhvZgqKc3Rb/view?usp=sharing

I just watched the 1984 movie and found this video. They should have started arguing and fighting jokingly at the first meeting, it would have been funny. Christian's descendant should be grateful to Bligh, because if he wasn't so strict, he probably wouldn't exist now.
