Operator Jaywick was only 6 ships, but that's not the point. The point is they succeeded, the Japanese did not expect Singapore Harbour their stronghold to be attacked. It was a small sabotage operation but 6 ships where damaged or sank and took them out of the war. Soldiers and sailers needed supplies not supplies means delays. Unfortunately the local population was blamed and many taken im for questioning. Tortured for answers. Brave men and women both civilians and the men of operation Jaywick. Lest we forget..
