The titanium used is much harder than normal titanium or steel so it is much more scratch resistant but if it is knocked against a sharp surface it will mark.

the plain TRN-50 is more versatile as the silver colour will go with any colours. If I had to chose one only I'd go the silver.

The price difference is absurd compared to what MRG offers. Instead of Casio MRG you have Tudor black bay 😁. And that's the difference in quality.

I love the silver MRG square. I want one. I wear my GMWB5000D-1 while working from home constantly. Fantastic module and the milled & polished solid link bracelet and clasp is very good quality. There is nothing better than Japanese engineering & manufacturing. I love Casio G Shock and Grand Seiko. No swiss for me.

I know some people don't like it but if you get one in the hand and take a look they are not that bad. Hublot was the first brand to put a rubber strap on a luxury watch.

Actually, both of them still available in few countries. I think it takes few years when the real 2nd market price sets a certain (higher) levels.

Only the first (silver/grey) edition is limited to 4000 pcs. Casio official homepage and many employees don't know about limitations. Many times I see the limited sign for many watches that's not limited at all. This false communication is really not what I expect from a brand like Casio. The comparison video is really nice anyways ;-)

Unless they are specific I imagine Casio does not explain very well how many pieces are made but you tend to know there is a limited production run when they sell out on-line and you find out they are no longer available.

конструкция модулей совершенно другая, поскольку MR-G - это его собственная новая конструкция с большим количеством деталей. Поскольку это титан, я ожидаю, что конструкция будет прочной, как GMW.

I think all the straps are in both 22mm and 20mm and probably 19mm also. To be honest I don't remember the price but if you go to the Bark & Jack shop I am sure it is there.

Hi master! Nice to see carnaby street back in the videos :) Will hopefully be going back there over Xmas. I know the feeling you're talking about, that mini battle in your head about which one to walk away with, whilst under time pressure in the shop 😂 Did you get one after? I saved for an MR-G, but there wasn't one I really fell for, untill I seen the b2000r-1adr with the durosoft strap! Picked it up in Tokyo near Shibuya crossing. With the pound against the yen, and no tax on tourist purchases, it was roughly £1000 cheaper there 😂 Anyway, great video as always, look forward to the next one

I’ve GMW-B5000 with steel bracelet. I ordered genuine resin strap but I can’t fit the sleeve in. It just go half way in and that’s it. Both buckle and non-buckle sides have same issue. Have you run into this issue? Oddly I’ve one chinese copy of resin band and screw assembly fits fine. Unfortunately its connector plastic are not reliable and two broke that’s why I ordered genuine resin band.

All the original parts that I have fit perfectly. I would perhaps try again making sure all the parts are in the right position as in the past I have had the bezel upside down and that did make things not fit.

@ Thanks. I have tried a few times already. Chinese band or original metal bracelet have no issues with the pipe, it fits without struggle. But pipe doesn’t pass halfway on this new resin band. I feel there may be some tolerance issues with this particular band. I saw in your video you could easily slide in the pipe without much struggle.

@@ImranDawood the pipe should go in no problem.. perhaps there is something like a little bit of lint or something obstructing the lugs going fully into the case, that then prevents the line-up of the holes in the case with the holes in the strap.. I don't know..
