Sudhanshu Ji ... it's a great effort getting a coach and train built at ICF ... but it's time to privatize coach building and get big players into it. World leaders like Siemens, Hitachi, Stadler etc ... should also be invited. And big players like tata, adani, Mahindra and ambani should be given chance to build coaches In 2024 we need to build the best coaches ... by no standard the vande Bharat coaches are the best ... they are good but need lots of improvement Finer details and nuances in design are missing ... for which there has to be a very organised approach to design and detailed technical dossiers prepared ..... Metro coaches built in India are good because there is entire design and technology transfer .... India can build it's own indigenous trains but we need to invest huge in R&D for better output .... China is doing it and the results are visible ..... India is doing it in a crude way .... need more structured and refined approach .... Since Indian consumers are ok with everything and not demanding or quality conscious .... yaha jugaad chalta hein .... Passion and pride in what we build is missing .... There is no support .... Mr Sudhanshu knows that these are not the best .... he knows the system is slow and corrupt ....... and he is fine and happy that atleast something is happening and we have average quality Vande Bharat trains being manufactured. Maybe the BEML versions of vande Bharat will be better

Modiji must know the working of Government departments, the rules, working and procedures which were framed by Britishers and Mr Nehru very very long back. Modiji must change such rules, procedures and working of Government departments so that all projects will move fast.
