How do you complete quest cards that refer to treasure? Specifically, how do you know if you are on the right spot?

It will match up EXACTLY with the atlas. There were multiple times where I thought something was on a certain page, but it didn't much up. Maybe part of a tree didn't match or the color of the mountain. It has been almost a year since I played, but I don't think there was anything that told you if you are correct or not. I do feel though that when I was at the right spot that it was obvious.

It is 100% visual. There is nothing that tells you correct/incorrect (like the riddle). Once you find the match, it is pretty obvious in my opinion. My method was to take all treasure cards and compare to the new map page I just started, then take a note if there was a match. For example "T: 113" on the notes page.

I legit had a Button Shy game on me at all times for 3-4 solid months at one point. Coat pocket, purse, school bag... 2024 was the year of Button Shy for me!!

Glad to see you back. However I always thought that when you have to discard the rule triple or double agenda you also had to discard some goals to be at the new maximum goals allowed.

Thank you! It's good to be back 💜 You are probably correct. I actually recorded this back in Sept along with Zombie Fluxx (which I decided not to release so close after my Stepdad's passing). It might have been in the other video that I was wondering about this and went with just not being able to replace goals. How do you decide which goal to discard, player's choice or random?

5min in you drew a rule that allows you to discard hand if not enpty handed and draw 3. so on your turn you drew 1. you could have immediately discarded and drawn 3. not sure it helped much. but was an option

You're only allowed to distill one spirit per distilled phase. That is why there are only 7 bonus spots to pick from. So the last round, you should have less points and money then what you earned.

It seems like A Bear of Little Brain / Very Little Brain would be one of the cards marked for removal when playing Solo Fluxx. Otherwise, since you're the only player, you have to discard all of the cards in your hand but 1 (whether you have Winnie-the-Pooh to play or not). [Also, note that the Solo Fluxx rules for Hundred-Acre-Wood lists Shuffle Hands as a card to remove - an Action that isn't actually in the deck.]

Oh, also - when you won with Christopher Robin to the Rescue, you discarded two of the Keepers - shouldn't you have discarded the Christopher Robin Keeper as well? Or is that a special Solo rule I'm not aware of?

Yeah, Very Little Brain is a little weird for sure. I think that it still applies to a solo game making the player either have to play the card, or lose and it discard down. Just like The Flood, for example, makes you discard a bunch of keepers. Not all actions are good.

I didn't realize that Fluxx could be played solo! Do the solo rules now come with the decks, or is it only available as a download?

This deck had the solo rules included, but older decks that I have do not. Say, for instance, you are playing Camping Fluxx while out camping, it is pretty easy to tell what cards to remove though.

We're soooo happy you liked the game! :D And we also liked the analysis you made after the final battle, but we won't spoil if you are thinking correctly or not! :D We were quite inspired with souls-like games when thinking about bosses, so there are some better and worse ways to fight them, but you have to find the right one on your own! :D but of course - there is also some luck involved which can change everything either on your side, or on the boss side! :D
