Great video, but I suggest that after the top is removed, do a visual inspection of the belts, in my case, I only needed to replace the smaller belts, so most of this disassembly was not necessary. I did have to "maneuver" the smaller belts into place, but it wasn't that difficult.

Great instructions. I would suggest that you clean the laser located where the lense fell off of. If it's been off for a while some dust may have settled on the laser surface. Use a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol to clean it and the lense.

Hi. my TV input is on comp and my DVD player is set up with red, white and yellow cables connected to the TV. I was watching a DVD and stop for a minute, and when I returned, no picture would play. I check all the wiring, shut off the TV and DVD player, it still did not work. I can still get the comp input, but it's not connecting with the TV. The DVD is on and it's playing the disc but it's not showing on the TV. I need help.
