My dough for some reason doesn’t come out like that. It usually feels oily and I lose the flavor when I add extra flour. 😩 😢

Suggestion: because you are the best teacher out there for piping skills, please don't put background music when teaching something. Step by step tutorials need just the teacher. Background music can be distracting for many people when step by step focus is necessary. You don't need background music. PERFECTION doesn't need gimmicks. Others have this added gimmick bc it distracts from their weak instructional skills. Because you teach so detailed and specific, music is distracting. For others it isn't bc they don't even teach technique. Half of them just show it being made and think that's good enough so yes they need music. Girlfriend yours is the only videos that actually TEACH the micro processes like tip angle, pressure, etc. Don't add music. Leave that for those who need it.

Much of your mixture is stuck on the blades of your mixing machine. Using the back of a heavy wooden spoon to mix the ingredients is a better idea, as any of your sugar/ butter mixture left on the spoon is easily scraped back into the bowl with a knife.

Mine turned out really nice, thank you but it was not flat like yours. It's taller or has more "cookie." Not sure why, I did mix for more than 2 min like you mentioned. Thank you for your help!

The cookies turned to be soo nice BUT i dont know why they became soo hard? Is it because i left them in the oven for long

Lovely voice . I liked the recipe also. Just 1 question is that is it not necessary to add baking powder ?

What if your mold doesn’t have a bottom and it’s just the ring? Add more crust to form it?

she didn’t discuss it too thoroughly or anything, but she does show the tips you can use to do this and even tells you their numbers in the beginning of the video. She’s probably using the 104, considering she says “you’ll need a 104 tip, but you can also use…”

These came out delicious. I had salted butter, so I didn't use salt and only had rum, then vs. vanilla. I used a cookie cutter just for an indent in the center of the cookie for aesthetics, so i didn't push thru the entire cookie. And I don't like overly sweet desserts. These were so perfect, not that sweet at all. I am gonna make more and add these to the holidays. Thank u for sharing.
