Ingredients: 4 tbsp melted butter 1/3 cup brown sugar 3 tbsp blackstrap molasses 1 large egg yolk 1/2 tsp vanilla 2-3 tbsp pumpkin puree 1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon (increase for more warmth) 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger (increase for a sharper bite) 1/4 tsp nutmeg (adds a rich, earthy depth) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground clove (increased for stronger spice) 1-2 tsp milk (adjust for dough consistency) Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, and cloves. In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and blackstrap molasses until smooth. Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Mix well until fully combined. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add 1-2 teaspoons of milk to help bring it together if needed. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This will make it easier to roll out and cut into shapes. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use a gingerbread man cookie cutter (or any other shape) to cut out the cookies. Transfer the shapes to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set. The centers may look slightly soft, but they will firm up as the cookies cool. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Decorate (Optional): Once the cookies are fully cooled, you can decorate them with icing, sprinkles, or any other toppings of your choice. Happy baking! 😊

You mean bananas or plantain? am really asking cuz for mexicans in spanish they call bananas and most of this tipe or fruit family plantains is different so that's why is important to clear these specially because of how strong is the mexican community in the u.s. i mean in most of the other latin countrys people call bananas " bananos or bananas or the caribbean word " guineos " and to the bigger ones platanos which is the correct translation of the english plantains so i hope what i shared here is clear and understandable or it make's. EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS 15 fudge chocolate cookies 1 cup milk 1 tbsp flour 1 tsp baking powder Soak cookies in milk, mashed with a fork, then add flour and baking powder mix until well combined. Pour into desire baking pan and Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes. Then dust with powdered sugar (optional) Enjoy😊
