I agree when you say that Jesus was not the son in Genesis 1. But as you rightly said...It doesn't mean he didn't exist. And I think you should notice how you say he was Michael; the Angel of the Lord is an acknowledgement that Jesus is a distinct person. The father is a distinct person. The holy spirit is a distinct person and these three are one God. But of course how do we disabuse ourselves of the idea of the pantheon of gods pagan religions have when processing this? The Godhead is a mystery and must like all spiritual things be discerned and understood by faith. For without faith it is impossible to please God. Even then we see through a glass darkly. Do you know God's as in Mother and Father plural are The Bibles Elohim Glory is seen in the two Hebrew words Glory masculine = kavod and Shekinah Glory which is Feminine who imparts there glory into the Human by way of Divine Consciousness. May I suggest knowing the meaning of certain Hebrew words will help break the paradoxical problem of the Bibles two Messiah's. The first two word are Neshamah a masculine word meaning Soul Breath spirit and the Hebrew word ruach meaning feminine Holy Spirit. Combined they show a dual blending of both a Female Holy Spirit and a Masculine Soul Spirit united in one substance both being spiritual in nature. The next Hebrew word Messiah which means Anointed one which also has a dual meaning: Hebrew word Messiah as Singular = Meshioch a Masculine noun and Meshichim a plural noun meaning both Masculine and Feminine Messiah's. The two Men Messiah's Moses and Jesus or Yahshua and the Feminine Spirits Moses's Sister the Prophet Miriam and the other Mary Magdalene who Anointed Jesus with the Feminine Oil for resurrection. The Hebrew word for Oil as in the Holy Anointing Holy Spirit Oil = She-men which in Hebrew is a Feminine Noun. It take both the masculine Soul Mind spirit and The Feminine Holy Spirit united as one Entity as in a marriage contract to be a witnessing Testament of the ONE Messiah of the Bible. As the old saying goes it takes two to tango. The Hebrew word Elohim is also a Feminine and Masculine Plural word as read in the book of beginnings Genesis. Genesis 1: 27-28 . True. The term Trinity being widely used in our Church today is unfortunate. It is a contrived title and actually has a meaning contrary to the biblical Godhead. In today's Christianity, the Word Trinity is an Ecumenical term.
