Aapke aeration tank mein jo samasya (excess foaming aur water yellowness) ho rahi hai, uska mukhya karan low MLSS ho sakta hai. Aapka MLSS sirf 600 mg/L hai, jo ideal operation ke liye kaafi kam hai. MLSS ko 2000-3000 mg/L tak badhane ke liye aap kuch upay apna sakte hain: 1. Zarurat pade toh seed sludge introduce karein, pH (6.5-8.0) control karein aur toxic influents se bachein. Nutrient balance (BOD:N:P = 100:5:1) aur achha mixing ensure karein. In steps se microbial growth badhti hai aur MLSS concentration improve hoti hai.

Yes, Anoxic tank ko aeration tank se pehle isliye lagaya jata hai taaki denitrification process ho sake, jisme wastewater mein present nitrates (NO3-) ko nitrogen gas (N2) mein convert kiya jata hai. Anoxic environment mein, jahan oxygen absent hoti hai, bacteria nitrates ko energy source ke roop mein use karke nitrogen gas banate hain, jisse nitrates water se remove ho jate hain. Aeration tank mein oxygen present hoti hai, jahan yeh process nahi ho sakti. Isliye anoxic tank pehle lagaya jata hai taaki nitrogen removal efficiently ho sake aeration stage se pehle.

To develop an anaerobic culture in an effluent treatment plant, first, ensure an oxygen-free environment by sealing the reactor or digester. Introduce organic-rich effluent, which serves as a food source for anaerobic microorganisms. Gradually seed the system with anaerobic bacteria from an existing sludge or commercial inoculum. Maintain optimal conditions: pH between 6.5-7.5, temperature between 30-40°C (for mesophilic), and proper mixing. Monitor biogas production, volatile fatty acids (VFA), and alkalinity levels to ensure stability. Avoid overloading the system with effluent initially to prevent shock loading, and gradually increase feed as the microbial population grows.

दोस्त तुम्हारा एजुकेशन लेवल जितना नीचे होगा तुम्हारी जॉब लगने का चांस उतना ही काम होगा और तुम्हारी ग्रोथ उतनी ही कम होगी मेरे हिसाब से तुम्हें कम से कम BSc. कर लेना चाहिए. और बारवी के लेवल पर कोई खास जॉब नहीं लगने वाली और एटीपी में कोई खास ग्रोथ नहीं है

देखो मित्र एफ्लूएंट ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट में जॉब करने के लिए कोई स्पेसिफिक डिग्री की रिटायरमेंट अभी तक नहीं है छोटी मोटी कंपनियों में कोई सी भी डिग्री या फिर दसवीं बारहवीं तक की पढ़ाई भी काम आ जाती है लेकिन तुम्हें अगर एटीपी से बढ़कर एनवायरमेंट हेल्थ एंड सेफ्टी डिपार्टमेंट में काम करना है तो तुम्हें साइंस में ग्रेजुएशन करने की आवश्यकता है हालांकि BA करने के बाद भी तुम वहां पर जॉब कर सकते हो वह तुम्हारे काबिलियत पर निर्भर करता है

Chrome effluent ko effluent treatment plant mein treat karne ke liye aam taur par **sodium bisulfite (NaHSO₃)** ka upyog kiya jata hai. Yeh chemical hexavalent chromium (Cr⁶⁺), jo atyadhik vishaila hota hai, ko trivalent chromium (Cr³⁺), jo kam vishaila hota hai, mein badal deta hai. Yeh reaction aam taur par amliya vatavaran mein hoti hai, aur iske baad trivalent chromium ko chromium hydroxide (Cr(OH)₃) ke roop mein precipitate kiya ja sakta hai, jise solution ke pH ko chuna ya kisi anya kshar ke saath badhakar kiya jata hai.
