A Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) combines biological treatment and membrane filtration processes to treat wastewater. First, wastewater enters the bioreactor, where microorganisms break down organic matter. Next, the mixture passes through submerged membranes, separating treated water from solids and bacteria. The membranes act as barriers, allowing only clean water to pass through. Then, the permeate undergoes additional treatment or is discharged. Meanwhile, the concentrated solids, called sludge, accumulate within the bioreactor. Periodically, the sludge is removed, either manually or through automated systems. MBR systems offer high treatment efficiency, compact footprint, and produce high-quality effluent, making them popular in wastewater treatment applications.

Hello dear sabse pahle to aapane hypochlorite Sidhe irration tank Mein dose nahi karna hai uski vajah se Hamara bacteria ded ho jata hai filamus bacteria ko kil karne ke liye hypochlorite ko Hamesha dilute Karke dosh Kiya jata hai Jiske Liye Hamen PPM solution banana Hota Hai Agar aapke plant mein bacteria Nahin ban raha hai to iska major Karan yah hai ki vah bacteria Halke Halke धीरे-धीरे secondary kair fire se bahar nikal raha hai to aapko return activated sludge badhakar a recent tank mein bacteria ko hold karna padega Jiske Liye aapko dissol oxygen maintain Karni Hogi aur sath hi Sath uriya aur dap ki dosing karo

pH increase in an aeration tank can occur due to several factors: 1. **Alkalinity from Aeration**: During aeration, carbon dioxide (CO2) is released from the water as bubbles rise to the surface. This process reduces the concentration of dissolved CO2 in the water, leading to a decrease in carbonic acid (H2CO3) and an increase in pH. The removal of CO2 through aeration can contribute to pH increase. 2. **Microbial Activity**: Aerobic microorganisms in the aeration tank consume organic matter and produce carbon dioxide as a byproduct of respiration. However, they also consume alkalinity during the process, which can lead to a pH increase as the alkalinity is used up more slowly than the acidifying effect of CO2 removal. 3. **Nitrification**: In some cases, nitrification can occur in the aeration tank, where ammonia is converted to nitrate by nitrifying bacteria. This process consumes hydrogen ions, leading to an increase in pH. 4. **Carbonate Buffering**: If the influent water has high levels of alkalinity or buffering capacity due to dissolved carbonates or bicarbonates, it can resist changes in pH and may contribute to pH increase in the aeration tank. 5. **Inadequate Mixing**: Poor mixing or uneven distribution of aerated water in the tank can lead to localized areas with higher pH, especially near the surface where aeration is most intense. Monitoring and controlling pH in the aeration tank are crucial to maintaining optimal conditions for microbial activity and wastewater treatment efficiency. pH control strategies, such as adjusting aeration rates, adding acids or bases, or optimizing mixing, may be necessary to mitigate pH increase and ensure proper treatment performance.
