@@safa1one its an early roland workstation in a box. sampling and sequencing on it is good and real in depth with menu diving on the screen . loads of features . good for budget studio

@@electrosonicnebula there’s not a song mode but you can create patterns around the a song and have variations of it and switch between those variations, I’m not sure if you can link them together so they switch automatically though

FYI, I believe pushing in the top left encoder <> and pressing play is a shortcut to start play head in the middle of song arranger view! Another great video to follow along with, thanks mate!

If you want to change mode like cut, choke, etc for all samples in a kit, hold affect entire (it blinks) and it changes for all samples in one action 🙂

Hello and thank for these videos. I was wondering, is there a way to record a phrase of as many bars as you want, WHILE the Dellie is playing? I love to improvise on the go and hate having to stop the track to press REC and then start again.

As far as I know that is not possible, unless you have the bars preset to the amount of bars you want to record if that makes sense, but I don’t know if it’s possible to record while it is playing at the same time and record as much bars as you want, I would have to look into this however because there is community updates that might have made this possible

For this set I tried to get as much sample time possible so all of the loops are sampled at 11.025khz mono. My other set I did it in the highest quality 44.1khz sample rate. It’s harder to do a longer set with the highest quality usually 😅

i guess its really easier to make good portable samplers than half priced op1, as what op1 do wasnt standard before it came out. if you look for halfpriced op1 check nunomo qun mk2, it can more than op1 but not in so funky way
