Sir.For under excited condition,Ia = 800A will flow in reverse direction,right? Can you also explain IB compensate for the flux in the generator? Why does it requires compensation because If is already there producing flux enough for 8kV?

Sir without using magnetizing curves can we use [(382/400)*83]-20 as for constant speed Ea is proposional to flux and flux is proposional to If ,which means If is proposional to Ea ,so using that connection theoratically we can get it right but I did not get the same answer? I am confused! 1. in time 3:07 you stated that sadly in AC machines we have a sinusoidal distribution flux density in the air gap. 2. but in time 6:18, why do we need to produce a sinusoidal distribution flux density? How is the frequency of EMF defined? Is it the frequency of the current within a closed loop conductor in a rotor or is it related to anything in the rotational direction? How is then the induced magnetic field by the EMF defined?
